Fully vegan bakery with a really large assortment of vegan baked goods. Literally everything here is worth trying I would say. One of the best bakeries in Europe/Italy✌️Not the cheapest but definitely worth it.

There is a large choice of original and delicious viennoiseries, desserts and salty bakery products. It offers several gluten free options. It is a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth every euro spent!

The pastries were all very peculiar, super fresh and packed with flavor.
Got a savory one as well with hummus, peas and onions which was very nice as well
The price point is expensive but we chatted with the owner ( same person that owns essenza sushi in Milan) and the price is high to allow his employees to have a life and get a decent salary so I'm all in support of that
If you pass by Pietrasanta give yourself a gift and have breakfast here.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's going to be included in the Michelin guide soon
