Incantevole - Edit

Really good! - Edit
I really liked Amasia. The staff was really friendly and relaxed. The food was excellent. The small and cozy bistrot is in a really lovely and quiet road near the centre of Pietrasanta.

Cozy bistro, but expensive - Edit
When I travel, I always like to support vegan businesses. Amasia was a 20 min drive from where we were staying but I really wanted to visit it for dinner. My opinion is that what they offer is more a brunch variant as whatever was offered on the day it was based on bread and therefore not suitable for a wholesome meal after the day of exploring the area. I received a small piece of bread with seitan stew which was tasty but a very small portion priced 13 euro with additional 2 euro for cover. Unfortunately, value for money didn't deliver in this case. All ladies were extremely nice and welcoming, the place is cosy and decorated with care. But there is a room for improvement when it comes to menu.

Cute little place with delicious italian food - Edit
Cozy little place for a rainy evening and my wife birthday felt special. All vegan and organic. It was hard to choose between traditional food, fermented food and very healthy options. The mango cheese cake was amazing. We had a big meal and paid about 30€/person

Fantastic vegan bistro! - Edit
Amasia is the perfect place if you want local vegan Tuscan cuisine! We had the testaroli with pesto and the crostata, and both were fantastic! The owner was also very friendly, and the atmosphere was great!

Eravamo di passaggio per Pietrasanta e ci siamo fermati solo per mangiare da Amasia. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Cibo molto buono, curato. Personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo!

lovely little spot - Edit
A lovely little bistro with vegan dishes you can easily share as tapas, as they aren’t very big, but very yummy! Focacce, Crostone, Panzanella & Pasta is served here, traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist.
Read moreI’d have appreciated some vegetable-choices like salad on the menu as well, too have some lighter accompany, but everything was really tasty.
Our favorite was the Focaccia with red cabbage sauerkraut. Something different and surprisingly harmonious!
Even though I was full, I had a yummy Torta della Nonna as dessert.
The staff is lovely and the interior very tasteful.
You can even buy some vegan specialties like spreads etc. there.
In general, the city of Pietrasanta is beautiful and worth a visit!

Sweet and charming Bistro - Edit
This is another welcome fully vegan addition to the beautiful town of Pietrasanta. The menu is totally vegan with a slant towards local and sustainable. The food is a series of interesting diverse choices full of flavour. I choose the Panzanella , the hummus with Kim chi, and the focaccia and all came as mini dishes. The lady owner is very charming and helpful .
