Amazing - Edit
I bought half a dozen doughnuts, and all of them were vegan except one (my mom wanted one of the non-vegan doughnuts), and they were amazing. I’m very basic in taste and I really stick to my classic round chocolate and glazed, but they have more options than that. I did arrive a little late at around 1:30 pm, so they didn’t have as many doughnuts left, but still a good amount. Just like any other doughnut shop you need to get there early for the good stuff. In comparison to any other regular doughnut shop, it’s pretty much the same on the inside, so there are no complaints there. I’m glad I could find this place (I’m from California, so I’m not familiar with the area) because I would’ve been stuck eating pasta and fruit for breakfast at a buffet. In comparison to Southern California, the doughnuts here are cheaper and not as dense. These doughnuts are very light and fluffy.

Donuts to travel for! - Edit
I live in Southern California and I have seriously made trips to Vegas just to get these delicious donuts! Thankfully, there are lots of options in So Cal as well, but these are straight up old school donuts you were used to enjoying as a child - except they are vegan!!! All of their items are not vegan, just ask, they are super friendly and helpful about pointing out those that are not vegan. I usually take a dozen or more home with me, no shame cause these are just simply amazing!!!!

Is this for real? - Edit
I found myself wondering if these were truly vegan! They taste just like the donuts I used to eat in my prevegan days. My omni friends thought they were delicious too. Very inexpensive too!

Ronald's Donuts aren't only the best vegan donuts, they are the best donuts period! I love brining omnivore friends and shocking them that everything is vegan! Light and airy donuts, delicious fillings (Boston cream is to die for!) and glazes.

Are these really Vegan? - Edit
My girlfriend who is a hardcore Vegan refuses to believe these donuts are actually Vegan. She asked questions I couldn't answer. How could they possibly have custard filled? Why isn't the chocolate dark? She also had a weird sugar-high rush and thought it might have been a reaction to non-Vegan ingredients. All the signs point to non-Vegan. Where is the proof they are Vegan? I love these donuts!

Most of the donuts are vegan. One of the owners talks about the ingredients in this video: https://youtu.be/WENKPbrmSEw?t=4m23s

I ate that donut yesterday and I am lactose intolerant. Unless they use coconut cream or milk (which upsets my body as well) then there isn’t any way the chocolate donut with custard is vegan!

Best. - Edit
I have waited in line for hours in a famous Portland, Oregon donut shop, but those pale in comparison to Ronald's Donuts! These are, by far, the best vegan donuts ever. Plus, if you are sick of pretentious donut places, this is your jam. Great prices. No huge lines. Friendly people. Mom and pop business!

So light and fluffy! Stop in every trade show and buy donuts for everybody. I can see where it has been questioned if they are vegan, because they amazing. I will say I normally get sick when I accidentally get none vegan or cross contaminated food. Have never had a problem with Ronald's. I trust them. Such a nice family. We only visit every 6 months , but they always remember us. Best donuts ever!!

Best Vegan Donuts I've Had - Edit
I feel like a lot of vegan donuts are more like cake than pastry, as a cop out. Not here. These are AUTHENTIC, flaky, perfection. Hands down the best donuts I've ever had. I got a dozen assorted vegan donuts. The best were Boston creme with chocolate icing and some kind of maple glazed that was incredible. I shared them with a couple non-vegans that were equally impressed.

Classic - Edit
I love this place because it has such a classic donut store feeling, but they offer vegan options. As soon as I walked in, the staff was friendly and informed me that the first 2 levels of the shelves were vegan! I tried a few donuts, but my favorite was the custard filled chocolate donut. It tasted so similar to what I remember the non vegan version being like. I will definitely be recommending Ronald's to all my friends traveling to Vegas.

MUST VISIT! Trust the reviews - Edit
On previous visits to Las Vegas I managed to not spot this place on HappyCow. What a mistake. Small family run business with a huge variety of vegan donuts. Really excellent texture and weight and taste. Very cheap prices and the selection is the best I have ever seen in any vegan bakery in the world.

THE BEST. ANYWHERE. - Edit
Ronald's has the best yeast+fried donuts. Period. I can't stress this enough. I have had vegan donuts everywhere - east coast to west coast. Even all over the world.
Read moreOne thing is that pretty much every donut will taste the same, no matter what you get. But that taste. That texture. The fluffiness and airiness. You can't beat that. Glazed donuts, plain and simple, are my favorites. But also the apple fritter is AMAZING.

Donut bliss - Edit
Our annual October trip to Vegas got extended due to flight cancellation. This made for an extra visit to the mecca of vegan donuts. Finished off the vacation with a fabulous cream filled raised, a perfect apple burrito and wonderful smiles from the owners. Hint for travelers: The apple fritters freeze very well - I always take a few home and thaw them out on special occasions.....

Don't think about it just go. Best to go there on the way from the airport to the hotel, that way you get more time to process the donuty goodness before going again on the way home.

never miss it - Edit
Always stop in for the best, not healthiest, vegan donut you've ever eaten. The place is famous. The poor guy at the counter has to listen to every gushing excited vegan customer and their story. They just smile and nod their heads. Very humble people. Every time I go I am never disappointed. It's hard to say a favorite but if I must I would say the raised donut with soy cream filling and chocolate topping. Next the apple turnover.
