Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I travel a lot and have found Happy Cow to be a helpful tool and want to share my own experiences to help others as well.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Portland, Oregon & Kailua, Oahu are my favorite spots for their vegan food and beautiful hikes. I would love to explore outside of the US in the near future.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Falafel, California style burritos (fries inside), nachos and smoothie bowls :)
