Acceptable

Reading my first review from this foodstall C.07 over 10 years ago, I have a different impression after visiting them again. The food was rather tasteless. Maybe I had bad luck choosing among the many dishes. Or maybe I'm spoiled because there are many more other tasty options in Bangkok now. Wouldn't visit Siam area just for this particular eatery. It's still cheap though, 55 Baht for 2 dishes with rice.

Great tasting vegan dishes!

Really enjoyed the food here on the 6th floor of the MBK shopping mall.
It's a canteen set up with lots of different stalls so you need to buy a top up card to pay. Any money left on the card can be refunded at the end.
The sign on this place says vegetarian but the girl serving stated that everything was vegan so it's a little confusing. Apparently they have been there for 30 years so very well established.
The food is really tasty and cheap as well. I had the eggplant curry with riceberry and it was pretty spicy but packed full of flavour.
They have a good selection of dishes and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
It's a no frills, quick bite sort of place if you're shopping or visiting the arts centre. Will definitely go back, recommend.

Pros: 100% vegan

Used to love this place

I used to go through BKK most years about a decade ago.
Every single day I was there, I would eat here.
If it's anything like what I remember, it's absolutely excellent! I used to come back so many times that the people would laugh each time I came there.

Easily my favourite vegetarian restaurant in the whole world!

Pros: Delicious, Good variety, Cheap!

Cons: I dislike that it's too far from Sydney!

Tasty vegan options

It was nice to have some food stall options while shopping. There's a good variety of curries, noodles and spring rolls at a couple of different stalls.

My go to for inexpensive vegan food

Really tasty and cheap vegan food! My go to for lunch. It’s all vegan and you can pick from precooked items and fill up your plate (they do it for you). They speak decent English and can explain what each dish is. One plate seems to be 60 baht.

Pros: Cheap, Variety

Cons: Could be warmer, Noisy mall environment (fine for me!)

Pretty good for a food court option

You need to go the cashier and preload a card with credit to pay for your meal, but any remaining money is returned to you afterwards so no problem. There are 2 veggie stands in the food court, this one is on the outside row and has the name in Thai then “Vegetarian Food” in English underneath.
We got rice with 2 dishes for 55 baht each, was a good size portion. As we went for a slightly late lunch (2:30pm) the food wasn’t very hot, but otherwise pretty good.

Pros: fair prices, tasty mock meat

Cons: food was a bit cold

Biggest portion ever!

Good food, cheap and good portion size! Nice staff and brown rice (you can order extra for 10 Baht and you get a big plate). Only cons: food is good but not special and sometimes cold if you are later. Place is a bit outdated.

Pros: Cheap, Good portions!, Nice staff

Cons: Cold food

Come around lunch time

We keep returning here every time when in BKK since 2011. Simple, authentic food court experience that is hard to get anywhere else. They tend to stop refilling the counter past lunchtime, so be sure to come early.
Pro tip: do not miss the funny looking jelly stall around the corner, they have coconut ice and the jelly is vegan.

Pros: Simple, Affordable, Authentic

A gem in MBK

Food was decent. They serve several food pre-cooked. However, the dishes I ate didn't leave a notable impression on me

Pros: You can choose what you want

Cons: Pre-cooked, might not be hot for you

Cheap but cold food

They do not cook your plate in the moment so all the food is cold unless you ask for what they cooked the last.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Cold food

Room temperature and eh

Ya, like other reviewers said, the food was room temp/pretty cold and not the best tasting. I just couldn't finish my food. You need to load a payment card from the information desk place in the same food court area and then you can return it and get your money back if you added more than you needed.

Grim

Looking at the other reviews it seems we must have just chosen a bad dish, because we are not picky eaters at all and yet what we got was pretty gross - stone cold and really bitter. Thankfully it was dirt cheap (about 60 baht on the food court’s voucher system) but I would have rather paid more for hot food 😅

Really tasty

The food was delicious! Rice and 3 sides for 60฿, averagly priced. The "laab" had tofu which looked and tasted like the real thing. Food was quite spicy as its cooked like the traditional dish :)

Pros: All options were vegan (apparently)

Cons: Expensive in comparison to other food courts, Very loud and busy

Cheap and good

I had the fired morning glory and panang curry. Both were very tasty. I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s usually tasty and fresh. Most food court veg places have subpar cold Thai food. Not here.

Pros: Lot of Thai food, HOT FOOD!!! At a food court!, Inexpensive

Cons: Noisy place (it’s a food court)

not the best, not the worst.

Not terribly hard to find considering it's in such a large shopping center, the shop name is written in thai but written under it is "vegetarian food", just look for number c.07!
the food was pretty average, honestly quite flavorless and our servings were cold. the rice was practically mush. the staff weren't very friendly, but they were helpful when explaining the payment system. the food court doesn't take cash but there's a card you can buy and put any amount of baht onto, if it's not spent you can get the baht back in cash, very easy to top up and refund.
the best thing is the price, I got a decent size meal for about $4aud!
just a shame it was fairly bland. this was the first vegan place I had eaten at over here so I have nothing to compare with.

Pros: all vegan, super cheap

Cons: fairly bland food, no cash

Simple takeaway options

A little hard to find as the name is only written it Thai, but plenty of options and super cheap. Unfortunately mains were cold which detracted from the overall quality of the food.

Pros: Plenty of options

Cons: Cold mains

Massive portions, cheap price

We arrived at lunch prime time so naturally the food court was very packed out. But there were loads of different options to choose from, including many with soy/mock meats. No five star dining but it’s cheap, tasty, and you will leave feeling satisfied. I paid 55 baht for rice and a choice of three dishes. The plate was loaded up too.

Pros: Cheap , Tasty , Vegan

Cons: Is in a food court
