Great place, it has good variety of vegan and vegetarian products. Vegan cheeses, tofu, milanesas, pastas, breads, vegan yogurt, etc. The owner is very friendly, good place.

They have things you wouldn't find otherwise in such a rural town, like vegan cheese, ice cream, ready-made sandwiches and empanadas. The ready-made food isn't that nice though.

They have a great variety of vegan products such as burgers, cheese, frozen goods, etc.., plus they made vegan sandwiches to go for the trekking (generally called ‘vianda’) with ham, cheese and veggies (very fulfilling and cheap). There are also “quick meals” that can be cooked in a few minutes, perfect for camping.

Good range of vegan meals and even ice creams - Edit
They have vegan choices in the freezer section as well as a range of groceries and empanadas. I used this store several times during my stay and it was very useful after a long walk to have a place you could rely on.

We spend a full week in El Chalten, and we could do our groceries in Puentes Amarillos store. They have a lot to vegan, organic and gluten free options. They even have dehydrated food to take to the multi day hikes. It’s the only shop at the moment offering those products. Also, it’s worthy to try they vegan alfajores!!!

Vegan ice creams, cheeses, cakes, fruits & veggies… a gem in Patagonia! - Edit
Finding this place was amazing. We stocked up on vegan burgers, cheese, artisanal dips, Bundt cake, cookies, ice cream and fresh blueberries and broccoli. If you’ve spent any time in Patagonia you know how rare this is. The shop is small but is filled with goodies. A vegan’s paradise after so many weeks of the same things again and again.
