Serves meat, vegan options available. Italian restaurant with separate vegan menu featuring traditional pasta dishes, lasagna, panini using the impossible burger, and more. Now hosting vegan wine dinners. Confirmed closed, Jul 2020.
My boyfriend and I visited for the first time for dinner while we stayed at the Grey Barn. They do have a fully vegan separate menu. Everything had flavor, very tasty. We got vegetable lasagna, corn chowder, and rigatoni ragu. A little pricey but to be expected for a nicer Italian restaurant. Medium to small in size for the actual restaurant and the staff was very friendly.
Fancy Italian restaurant with more than a few vegan options - Edit
I enjoyed my first visit. This relatively new Uptown entry has a separate vegan menu with many items, including my main dish, which was a lasagne made with zucchini "pasta" and cashew cheese. The side salad that I ordered to start was good tasting, though it was a bit drenched with dressing. Nice atmosphere in an old and interesting part of the city. Palizzata's space, once home to a Chinese restaurant, was roomy with high ceilings and nice, interesting modern art. The service was a bit slow, though I ordered a complicated entree. I was not warned it might take a long time to be served, however.

Pros: a Italian fine dining option for vegans, well done and presented dishes, attentive service
Cons: food took a long time to be served, service a bit confusing at times, not inexpensive; entrees small
