Fresh and bright flavor - Edit
It's great to stand and watch them build your food, seeing the options that you might not have considered available, and adding to the mix. If you're sensitive to sodium, you definitely want to ask them to reel it back in, or you can end up with food soaked with delicious but very salty sauces. Halfpoint off for this, as it can make a portion of the bowl inedible.
Read moreI don't appreciate seeing seitan available as an upcharge, and seeing the vegan options more expensive than the traditional protein choices. Half point off for this.
As far as a less expensive option, they do have vegan onigiri.
Pros: Fresh, Build your own options
Cons: Upcharge for vegan protein , Can be heavy on the sauce/salt
