Fresh and flavorful

Stopped on a road trip. Great vegan and gluten free options clearly labeled. Got a poke bowl with tofu and seitan and the pineapple miso sauce, delicious and very refreshing

Delicious; multiple vegan bowls and ramens

Whether you want a refreshingly light tofu bowl over zoodles or a hearty spicy kimchi ramen, First Capital is a convenient option uptown.

Pros: Near-infinite customization , Great hours

Cons: Not everything with animal products is marked , Vegetable gyoza is vegan but outsourced and frozen

Fresh and bright flavor

It's great to stand and watch them build your food, seeing the options that you might not have considered available, and adding to the mix. If you're sensitive to sodium, you definitely want to ask them to reel it back in, or you can end up with food soaked with delicious but very salty sauces. Halfpoint off for this, as it can make a portion of the bowl inedible.

I don't appreciate seeing seitan available as an upcharge, and seeing the vegan options more expensive than the traditional protein choices. Half point off for this.

As far as a less expensive option, they do have vegan onigiri.

Pros: Fresh, Build your own options

Cons: Upcharge for vegan protein , Can be heavy on the sauce/salt
