Always a favorite when we are in town

Delicious spot for a casual dinner. Plenty of choices for all. I had the BBQ seitan and bacun salad, my husband had the double cheeze burger with fries and my little one had the Mac and cheese. Always a great experience, love to sit outside in the covered patio

Unbelievable Taste

I was in the region and looking for lunch. I found Native Foods here on Happy Cow. 5 stars!! I had the "chicken, bacon" avo club sandwich and a side of lemon dill potato salad. What a delight to my taste buds!! This is by far the best vegan sandwich I have had since going vegan 6 months ago. I would swear this was real chicken and the bacon taste was spot on. I can't wait to come back and try something else. Thank you !!!

All Vegan!

We had the bbq brisket burger and peri peri chicken sandwich. Both were SO good! The restaurant is clean and inviting with super friendly staff who answered all our questions. As a bonus, the kombucha they have is also delicious.

Pros: Vegan desserts!

Outstanding!!

This is my Go To spot. The food is outstanding and it’s constantly rotating. Seasonal plant based menu that is always fresh. Great service. Great prices. Great people. Highly recommend.

Pros: Super reasonable prices , Delicious, constantly updating menu.

Yummy!

Best place in Palm Springs for a fried food fix. There are lots of battered and fried "chicken" options on the menu and they are all fantastic. We got the chicken tender app, chicken and waffles, and chicken run ranch sandwich. So good!

Pros: Lots of fried food

Cons: Not much indoor seating

Awesome all vegan place

I moved to PS recently. Feel in love with this place. Great variety. Don't forget to download the app tons of free stuff.

Pros: Variety, Great tasting original recipes

Cons: They need better tables. The wood ones stay sticky

Super vegan in Palm Springs

Just spend 5 days in PS. Visited 4 times to get our vegan food. Super service and very good food. Even the cookies was nice.

Delicious

Always great with fantastic flavors that burst in your mouth. My only complaint is that the food could be hotter temperature wise!

Pros: Interesting takes on the classics , Cookies, Fairly priced

Cons: Food needs to be warmer , Drink options were bad and tasteless

Not terrible

I had the nachos and the chipotle sauce was really sweet so I didn’t eat enough of them to make a fair assessment. My fiancé had the burger and he only ate a few bites so I’m assuming he didn’t like it because he is a big eater. I ordered the Pad Thai to go for a friend and it had a hair in it so she didn’t eat it. My mom and dad who aren’t vegan ate the chocolate cupcake and they said the cake was good but hey weren’t fans of the frosting. The Mac and Cheese was the best thing I got and it was ok. The girl that I got the pad Thai for got an oatmeal cream pie and she enjoyed that. Oh and both my fiancé and I loved the lavender lemonade!!!All in all I have had much worse and although I wouldn’t go back it’s better to eat here than the crap out there at fast food joints.

Pros: Lavender lemonade , Clean facility , Variety

Cons: Mediocre food, I was unsure if items were vegan or vegetarian

A desert oasis...

...out in the desert looking for good vegan food? Stop here!

I had a veggie burger and it was delicious. A pleasant surprise when there was no other vegan food available in the area.

a gem in the desert

Simply superb stuff! I had the burger which was fantastic and choc chip cookie for dessert which I was pleased to know that the profits of the cookie go to a charity of my choosing.

Also this place has a lot of history and was a pioneer in the vegan movement.

Well worth the drive!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Affordable, plenty of free parking

Little treasure

Fast service and the food was extremely well made. Don’t forget to try their watermelon Fresca, it’s so refreshing to have on a hot day!

Awesome vegan restaurant

We went here numerous times during our vacation. Our 18 month old enjoyed the macaroni and cheese and the adults all enjoyed every meal. We visited with 1 vegetarian and 2 omnis and they loved their meals as well. Highly recommended.

Great place!

My partner and I come to Palm Springs every year and eat here every time. It never disappoints. Not the greatest ambiance (in a health food store in a strip mall) but who cares with vegetarian food this good? Always fresh and tasty.

cute little spot

can get busy with a long line at times. Lots of great vegan choices. can't even tell the ranch is vegan. my favorites are the "steak" bistro sandwich, "chicken" run ranch sandwich, and "fish" tacos. Also the seasoned fries!

Best vegan food!

After Reading the reviews the chicken and waffles, I had to try them. It was sooo good! We had sweet potato fries and ranch sauce on the side, it was perfect!!

first visit

We were in Palm Desert during Modernization Week. We have been vegetarian for 40 years and I must say Native Food is one of our best finds! To be able to eat anything on the menu was such a treat. We went for lunch and it was so good we went back the next day for dinner. Sure wish they would open a place in Fort Bragg, CA.
