Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

After seeing peta's under cover video footage inside factory farms i quckly realized i couldn't pay people to do those things for me to eat. Would i be able to kill my own food? Absolutely not, so how could i justify having someone else do it for me, especially when they handle the animal's lives and deaths with such cruelty. Better health and causing less destruction to the planet are nice bonuses too!

Love having a resource for finding good restaurants when i travel. The reviews help me choose which places to try, and i wanted to give back with my own reviews too.

Food inc was an informative movie. I like to read veg news and vegetarian times magazines. Skinny bitch was a cool book, and my go to cook book is how to cook everything vegetarian by mark bittman, helps with the basics and gives good meal ideas.
