I got the avocado ranch chicken. The sandwich was ok, bread, avo and tomato were decent, but the real star was the chicken in the chicken sandwich. Next time I go, I’m looking at the donut jalapeño, maple chicken sando.

I’ve eaten in one of these in Portland, very tasty food I had the shwarama bowl today which was very nice, I’d like to try the breakfast sandwiches here they were sold out today, I’ll have to come back tomorrow 😂

The cauliflower Po’Boy was so delicious. I loved the Cajun-seasoned fried cauliflower, pickle chips, tomatoes, lettuce, creamy Cajun sauce, and toasted French baguette. The mac-n-chez was yummy, too. #Veganuary

Amazing vegan place with options to suit everyone! Had a really hard time choosing what to try! Staff were friendly, food was amazing. There is a large car park outside the mini mall strip where this is located. No restroom inside - ask for the key and walk down the strip. Drink fountain with free refills. Definitely recommend!! #Veganuary

I ordered the nachos and they were delicious! So many different flavors and I felt full afterwards. The staff was super friendly too, and very helpful when I couldn't pick out of all the options they had. Will be coming back if I'm ever in the area again!

Nachos!!! Lol! Seriously, though my friends and I frequent this place often. Great food & beverages (Watermelon Fresca). They recently remodeled the interior and painted over the long standing mural of their other store locations. It’s now a large plain white wall… just seemed to lose some culture when that happened. Great food as always on Native Foods locations - Edit
Went to this one while returning from a car trip to Salvation Mountain and the Salton Sea. It was very convenient to be able to stop at Palm Springs and have this meal. The food was really good like in any other Native Food location, I just found the restaurant itself and the location where it is, a bit dated (but maybe they changed it meanwhile as this was a few years ago).

This place was fantastic. Everything was so fresh. We got the buffalo cauliflower bites with ranch, cauliflower burger with sweet potato fries and munch wrap. I can’t say enough good things about this delicious place.

Read moreThe orange cauliflower was some of the best cauliflower I've ever had. The stir fried rice was delicious too, but I kept crunching on some really hard pieces as if it did not cook all the way. I ordered the cheese burger to eat on my flight. Love this place.

My husband and I were passing through Palm Springs on a road trip. We were unfamiliar with the area, but found Native Foods on this website (Happy Cow). We called for directions and the person we spoke to was very friendly and helpful with directions. Turned out he was the kitchen manager. When we got there, masks were required and you could only order to-go or dine outdoors at one of their outdoor tables. We were very happy to see that they were taking Covid precautions very seriously. The manager who took our order was also very friendly and helpful. The food was promptly served and delicious!! I had the Crazy Good Chicken combo with sweet potato seasoned fries and my husband had the Brisket burger combo with fries. We were both very happy with our meals.
Read moreNote to fellow Vegans: Don’t let the window painting that says “Best vegetarian restaurant in the world” worry you. This restaurant, as explained by the manager is fully vegan. It’s the very first Native Foods location and started in1994 when very few people knew what vegan was. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Native Foods is always a great option, especially in Palm Springs where food is notoriously underwhelming. We’ve never ordered anything that we didn’t like. To be fair, we generally stick to the burgers and sandwiches.

Normally we love going to native foods but this was our worst experience. We ordered the bbq brisket and chicken burger. The bbq burger was squishy and flat with very little bbq sauce. The chicken burger was super dry and had old avo on it. Hopefully it was just a glitch in the experience, but I was sad that our food tasted so bland and dry.

Did you let them know when this happened? In other words, did you give them a chance to fix it on the spot? I’m sure they would have. If you normally love going there like you said, is the one bad experience really worth a 2? I kind of doubt it.

My 1st time here & they were rolling out the pick up orders all night! I can see why it is popular: yummy food, chill atmosphere, & COVID awareness. The employees are super friendly & very hard workers. Food seems to be ready in about 15 mins. Can't wait to visit their other locations!

We had the double burger and double jalapeno burger and loved both, fantastic. We added a side of seasoned fries too, which I recommend if you're hungry.
