Vegan Pad Thai NO FLAVOR

The vegan pad thai was the worst I’d ever had! No flavor at all and no green veggies.

Amazing service

The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about veganism. All of their vegetarian options can be made vegan if you specify (for example their tofu is fried in the same oil as meat, so they give you steamed tofu instead).
I had the red curry ramen (swap out the ramen for pad Thai noodles) and it was AMAZING! My sister had the vegetarian pho, which I found extremely good too.
My parents were really happy with the spring roll selection, but these weren’t vegetarian.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff, Very good food, LGBTQ+ friendly

Cons: You have to specify vegan rather than vegetarian

Works in a pinch

Ordered the sautéed green beans, Japanese eggplant, and pad Thai dishes. Dishes were heavily sauced and the beans were especially salty. This isn’t the healthiest food for sure but given the limited Asian veg food in the Valley, Bin 533 is to be commended for having a distinct veg section of the menu (note you must specify you want vegan). Not in a rush to go back but this place works in a pinch.

Knowledgeable staff, vegan options

Multiple options and staff were friendly and helpful regarding what could be vegan. The pho had a 5 spice flavor that was tasty if not completely authentic. The pho was also light and healthy tasting. The crepe was loaded with veggies. Both dishes skimped on tofu. Overall, a great option but I would ask for extra tofu or make sure to add all the bean sprouts on the pho!

Pros: Many options, Healthy and flavorful

Delicious and Luxurious!

I have been eating here since this restaurant re-opened with its new name and look. The food is delicious. Vegan options include mango summer rolls, fried rice (request without egg) and my personal favorite the vegetarian pho. The pho is hands down the best veggie pho you will find anywhere. It is hearty with tons of good veggies and a plate full of basil and sprouts on the side. It always makes you feel healthy after eating it. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun night out. If you are vegetarian there are even more options like a crepe thing which I have not tried but sounds good on the description. (Another good thing is the vegetarian pho is priced better than meat pho, as they should be since they are cheaper to make)

Pros: Large Portions, Beautifully designed space with lots of seats, Friendly and Attentive staff

Cons: Hidden Away, Pho is the best thing on the menu, Drinks are $ but are very good
