Delicious vegan Korean food - Edit
Everything they have is vegan and really cheap, just as street food. The owners are super friendly and they have the menu translated in English. The 떡볶이 was super nice!

Vegan versions of Korean classics - Edit
This is a great place to stop for a snack or cheap lunch in Insadong. It's a small stand serving vegan versions of street food classics like kimbap and tteokbokki. A real gem for vegan tourists who would like to try Korean street food! It's in a nice quiet space off the main street, and they have a couple of tables outside. I didn't like the vegan odeng, but everything else I've tried was great. I'm also pleased that if you sit there to eat, they serve everything in proper plates, cups etc instead of disposable containers. It's cheap and the people who run it are friendly.

All vegan menu with excellent prices and delicious food ! It's a small joint so not many tables to seat but still a must go for all vegans, I absolutely loved it. On top of that the staff is adorable.

We really enjoyed our casual lunch here. The portions are generous at a cheap price, and came with a small soup and pickles as well. Definitely a good option if you're in the area!

Nice place but... - Edit
It is a nice little place with a cozy atmosphere where you get the chance to taste some Korea food. I have been there several times, not every dish as good as the other, though. As I found a hair in one of my dumplings, that was just too much for me. I know - it is basically a street kitchen and accidents happen... I still do not think that it is particularly delicious.

Pros: You have food within few minutes, The prices are low

If I'm not here at lunch every day this week, call the US Embassy because I have gone missing. The food is so good and simple, and the price is spectacular. I got the tofu sushi and the ramen this time, but I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing korean vegan street food - Edit
This is the place when you want to try korean vegan street food (which is otherwise really difficult to find in korea). The place itself is a bit hidden and only limited seats are available. But the food is amazing! We had the tteokbokki, the spicy fried soy chicken, the dumplings and the kimbap and paid for all of this only ₩ 14.000 (including 2 drinks). We especially loved the fried chicken but beware: the spicy dish is not thr chicken but the tteokbokki. Definitely a most go if you would like to try korean street food.

The best kimbap in Seoul - Edit
I’ve been getting my lunch here about 5 times per week. It’s incredible value (₩3000 for kimbap) and is so tasty. The spicy soy chicken is really good too. The best vegan I’ve tried in Seoul.

Nice Korean vegan snack! 비건 스낵 만세!!! - Edit
[Eng/Kor] It is super difficult to find a vegan snack place in Seoul when you just hang out and walk around, just like it is extremely difficult to find a vegan bar. Foods are delicious & i would like to come back to eat all of their menu. Go vegan snack!

Yummy food, Filled tummy, Good value. - Edit
I am a chinese budhhist vegetatrian and they have dishes that does not contain onion/garlic. Tried both their kimbaps and ramen. They were delicious!! Handmade fried dumplings with red spicy sauce was good, though the dumplings by itself is rather bland. I love their ramen. Its spicy and flavourful! Tried their cold noodles but didnt like the soup as it has a weird-wasabi taste to it. Probably its an chinese asian issue where we are accustomed to hot foods.

Very good, very cheap, very convenient - Edit
This small restaurant offers vegan Korean street food at a very decent price. It is conveniently located in one touristic street of North Seoul, very nice to have a quick bite here. The owners are super friendly. Regarding the food, I must admit I loved it, it's fresh, flavorful and generous. I tried the kimbap, the ramen and the fried dumplings: yummy! And it's very cheap. One of my favorite spot in Seoul.

Finally VEGAN street food for everyone~ - Edit
I was very excited to finally try some Korean street food, which I have never had before. Especially the fake fish cakes (오뎅 and 핫바) were an "interesting" experience.
Read moreThe prices seem incredibly cheap: Starting at 1500 KRW for a piece of fish cake and 5000 KRW for a bowl of udong being the most expensive item on the menu.
They say, they use mainly Korean ingredients and do not add chemical flavor enhancers or colorants. I believe this is true, because even the radish pickle (danmuji 단무지) bears the distinct scent of real gardenia seed pods (치자) and has overall a different appearance and taste of regular store-bought variants.
Finally, some more people can get a taste of this part of Korean culture!
Pros: price, staff, food tastes ok

Nothing had taste??? - Edit
I was so excited to finally find vegan Korean streetfood. I really had my hopes up for this place, and I don't know if they had a bad day in the kitchen, but everything was TASTELESS. We ordered almost everything; the tteokboki tasted like they hadn't been boiled with sauce and thrown in there 5 mins ago (tasteless chewy pieces of ricecake), the udon noodles where just noodles with a simple broth and little toppings (again no taste), the dumplings had a bit of taste because they were fried, but the inside had vague and unpleasant taste. The worst one was the odeng, which was nothing like the original odeng. It was a piece of vegan sliced ham dipped in a broth, and again..... no taste. I don't even know how.
Read moreI couldn't get myself to put this food in my body......
The only thing we finished was the kimbap and the pickle banchan (sidedish). Both kimbap dishes had a mediocre taste though.... I preffered the tofu kimbap over the ham kimbap.

Amazing - Edit
Hidden in one side alley of Insadong-gil, bit hard to find but worth it. I had the fried tofu gimbap and it was so good. I wanted just light lunch because it was so hot outside and this was the right choice! Plus it's so cheap, unimaginable.

So good - Edit
I come here for the tteokbokki😄It’s such an easy recipe to veganize yet most Korean restaurants serve it with animal products. This place, on the other hand has all-vegan menus that are clean and delish. The soy chicken is another one of my favorites too! Must try if you’re in Insadong.
