Tasty food and fully vegan. So far we've been twice and both times were delighted. Pretty small place so gets very busy but food is available for take away. Would highly recommend for any vegan travellers

Went here for lunch yesterday and ordered the Black Bean Burger and potato fries. Everything is homemade and the bun on the burger was excellent as well as the patty. The other toppings on the burger were a little interesting and made it not my favorite but it was still good. Probably wouldn’t order it again. The fries were excellent though, delicious seasoning.

I ate here on my first night in Split - luckily I was able to grab a table to eat inside. I had the falafel wrap and coleslaw, which were tasty and some fries. The tiramisu raw cake I hadmfor dessert was delish! My first experienxe of Martas was rrally enjoyable but when I came back again, it was super busy and really hard to get served. People who came after me were getting served first. So i left and went somewhere else, which was a shame.

Amazing location basically right beside Diocletian’s Palace! I can highly recommend their beet burger! One of the things I liked most on their menu was the option to have their burgers with or without the buns. The wait time can be a bit long, especially if you arrive at a busy time but this is due to the fact that they make everything from scratch. All of their food is vegan, but they do have dairy milk available for coffees. Not what I expected - Edit
The place only has a couple tables that were all full as well as not having ac making it extremely hot in the restaurant. For that reason we decided to take out our food. The fries were some of the best fries I’ve had and the beet burger was ok but that’s mostly because I’m not a fan of a lot of tomato sauce. I was not blown away but it was still quite yummy. That being said there are LOTS of vegan options so I’m sure that the other options could have been great.

"Le" restaurant vegan de Split situé à quelques mètres seulement du Péristile, à l'intérieur du Palais de Dioclétien dans le coeur de la vieille ville. Il s'agit d'un tout petit restaurant avec quelques places assises à table ou au bar. Possibilité de prendre à emporter dans des box en carton. La carte donne envie de tout essayer. Tout est vegan sauf le café dans lequel du lait de vache ou du lait végétal est proposé. Nous avons testé un jus de fruits frais et un smoothie, le Burrito Bowl généreux et une assiette avec burger et frites maison délicieuses pour 29,50€. Nous nous sommes régalés! Les desserts avaient l'air très appétissants! Nous vous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés!

Small eatery in the old town that was absolutely bustling during our visit. We were lucky to get a seat at at the bar to enjoy the fast-paced and friendly service. Food was fresh and delicious, portions and prices just right. Excellent spot for vegans and vegetarians alike.

Located right next to the main sights in Split inside the walls. Food was definitely alright but in my opinion not anything special. I had the black bean burger but preferred the beetroot one. Also has raw cakes to buy.

Marta’s es de esos lugares que no tienes como saber si es vegan - Edit
Está justo en el centro de Split y siempre está lleno. Pasamos por fuera y vimos unos postres exquisitos. Salía que eran veganos y casi morimos. Hablamos con Marta y unos trató como unos croatas más. Fuimos en la noche, probamos una cerveza local, comimos un curry de garbanzos con verduras que nos llevó devuelta a Tailandia y después hicimos desaparecer en 5 minutos una hamburguesa de betarraga porotos deliciosa! Una power ball como postre, ya no dábamos más. Este es un MUST para todos en Split! Volveremos por ese wok y por el tiramisu que se había acabado. Marta’s is one of those places that you don’t have to know if it’s vegan or not. It is right in the center of Split and is always full. We passed outside and saw exquisite desserts. It came out that they were vegan and we almost died. We talked to Marta and treated like Croats. We went in the evening, we tried a local beer, we ate a chickpea curry with vegetables that took us back to Thailand and then we disappeared in 5 minutes a delicious beetroot burger! A power ball for dessert, we couldn't eat anymore!! Everything amazing. This is a MUST for everyone in Split! We will return for that wok and for the tiramisu that was over and it looks great!

Great Vegan Burgers - Edit
Stopped for lunch (they do a separate breakfast menu until 12:00). We had black bean burgers and burrito bowls. Both were delicious and good value. Offered us some spicy salsa and hot sauces which had a bit of bite to them. Highly recommended, will be going back. As far as we could tell everything on the menu is Vegan, although they do offer cow's milk in hot drinks.

Read moreStaff took our order then did not say much about waiting time and was not very warm, we felt like we were in the way, a bit inconfortable.
About the food, the two burgers were really nice and original, the french fries were delicious!
For the desserts, the tiramisu cake was very tasty as well, but we were disappointed about the chocolate-banana chia pudding that had gone bad (sour).

This place is great, there is lots of choice the food is full of flavour and it’s filling as well. The first time we had the beet burger and the black bean burger, next time burrito bowl and falafel bowl, all were enjoyed. They do protein shakes and cakes as well. The staff are friendly.

Ordered the beet burger with fries, and it was so good and fresh! The restaurant itself is very fast casual and rather small, so be prepared for a little patience and understanding with regard to your personal space. They also had smoothies and other treats that I will hopefully try before leaving Split. Prices are OK, similar to fast casual restaurants in the US.

We arrived at 11:51am and lunch service started at 11:59 ( says so on the menu). The waiter took our order but advised us that they would not start cooking our food until 12pm. We ordered a burrito and a black bean burger. We waited 40 minutes for our food. It was ok but bland and the burrito lacked substance ( it was mainly cabbage and corn). If we were in a pinch, we’d give it a second try because the waiter was nice and they may have just had an off day but it’s nothing to write home to mom about.

Hi nocheeseplz, tnx for eating at our place. Our food is made from scratch daily, all of it, burger buns, sauces, patties, burrito mixtures, homemade fries, all of it. Also it is prepared and served a la carte. The time to prepare and serve one burger and one burrito if you are the only person in the restaurant is aprox 15 min, but if there are more orders before you and you arrived before lunch serving time our staff gives you a waiting forecast, no exception. You agree on the waiting period when you order your food, if they somehow missed to inform you on this I apologize in their name. I am sorry our food wasn't to your taste, we season it very well, you are obviously used to using more salt or spices in general. Burrito wrap is made mainly of black bean mixture plus spicy rice with addition of veggies and corn, so if this was not the case with your order you should have complained on site because people are the ones that make your food and people can make mistakes. With all this being said it feels quite unfair that you gave us a two star review, but hey, why not, right?

We came into the restaurant and got ignored for about 15mins, finally we were acknowledged and sat down and ordered a slice of cake. Then after the waiter talking with their friends for another 15mins more still had not received our 1 piece of cake. Worst service ever!!!!

Hi Pips, I am Neno, the owner and person that worked yesterday. You came into a full restaurant and you waited for 15 min to get a seat. We do not have a welcome manager and at the time you came in I was very busy and simply could not give you the attention you needed. Also, the person I was talking to unfortunately was not my friend, it was an inspector that works for Croatian ZAMP and I am obliged by law to allow him to do the inspection and as a restaurant manager I am also obliged to talk to him. I admit it, I got a little distracted by him, but I assume everybody would and I am sorry I missed my chance to explain all of this to you yesterday afternoon.

Located in the old town, a small yet sweet vegan place. The raw cakes are great and so is the beet burger. It is clean and friendly and the service is good though you have to wait a while for your food because everything is made fresh. It is almost all vegan - the only non-vegan item is milk for those who don't want soya milk in their coffee.

There's variety of vegan choices on the menu and everything we ordered was so tasty with interesting flavour combinations ! Desserts (energyballs, cakes) looked mouthwatering ! Place is tiny, only couple of tables, but we took the food with us and went outside to eat.
