Hi Pips, I am Neno, the owner and person that worked yesterday. You came into a full restaurant and you waited for 15 min to get a seat. We do not have a welcome manager and at the time you came in I was very busy and simply could not give you the attention you needed. Also, the person I was talking to unfortunately was not my friend, it was an inspector that works for Croatian ZAMP and I am obliged by law to allow him to do the inspection and as a restaurant manager I am also obliged to talk to him. I admit it, I got a little distracted by him, but I assume everybody would and I am sorry I missed my chance to explain all of this to you yesterday afternoon.
