Hi nocheeseplz, tnx for eating at our place. Our food is made from scratch daily, all of it, burger buns, sauces, patties, burrito mixtures, homemade fries, all of it. Also it is prepared and served a la carte. The time to prepare and serve one burger and one burrito if you are the only person in the restaurant is aprox 15 min, but if there are more orders before you and you arrived before lunch serving time our staff gives you a waiting forecast, no exception. You agree on the waiting period when you order your food, if they somehow missed to inform you on this I apologize in their name. I am sorry our food wasn't to your taste, we season it very well, you are obviously used to using more salt or spices in general. Burrito wrap is made mainly of black bean mixture plus spicy rice with addition of veggies and corn, so if this was not the case with your order you should have complained on site because people are the ones that make your food and people can make mistakes. With all this being said it feels quite unfair that you gave us a two star review, but hey, why not, right?
