Can't get enough - Edit
This ice place is a gem. There are so many types and flavors. It feels really special to have so many vegan options that you would typically only find in places that serve dairy. The put a lot of care into their work and it shows.

Absolutely fantastic place, and lovely owners! - Edit
We are regulars of this place, it's really our go-to when we want to treat ourselves and be confident that there is no animal cruelty involved. There are so many options, and often you need to invent your own mix from so many flavors and toppings, but the people at the counter are always happy to help and advise you on the best combos! The Unicorn of the week is always a winner, too. I just direct omnivores there, I'm sure most of them could never tell it's vegan.

Karen is incredible! Her creations are like nothing else! All three of my littles had their first ice cream at LNU and Karen has Don our birthday cakes and our sex reveal cake for our twins. My wife isn’t vegan but LNU is her favorite ice cream place. We are there at least once a week!

Love LNU - Edit
Can't believe I haven't reviewed Like No Udder yet since I love them so much! The best vegan ice cream with so many flavors and toppings! Plus cookie sandwiches, brownies, soy curls and stickers! I've also ordered a few ice creams cakes from them and they are fantastic. The crunchy cookie sheet in the middle can't be beat. Seriously, I love this place!

Grand Slam!! - Edit
I first tried LNU’s soft serve at RI Pride Festival in 2009, and it blew me away. I no longer live in RI, so I search for their truck at any VegFest I attend. I’ve been to the brick & mortar location a few times, and although the scoopable ice cream is good, I just adore the soft serve. Last Saturday I had a Unicorn (like a DQ Blizzard) with vanilla soft serve, Oreo cookie crumbs, and PB syrup; then I had another on Sunday!
Read moreThey make custom ice cream cakes with advance notice, and everything in the shop and on the truck is vegan. If you’re in PVD or at a VegFest in the northeast, don’t pass up Like No Udder!
Pros: Best vegan soft serve, Awesome owner and staff, Lots of vegan treats
Cons: They are not near me anymore!

Great milkshakes - Edit
I have a huge soft spot for this place. I tried their milkshakes at Boston Veg Fest ages ago and fell in love. I make it a point to look for them at every single veg fest I go to.
Read moreFinally had the opportunity to try their spot in Rhode Island, and they didn’t disappoint.
I tried matcha, cookie dough, and eggnog in a waffle bowl. Cookie dough was my favorite of the 3, and the waffle bowl was delicious.
The ice cream itself isn’t that creamy, and it’s kind of icy and thin. I’ve gotten spoiled with great vegan ice cream in recent years though.
They have so many amazing flavors and the menu rotates with the seasons and holidays.
Next time I plan on trying their soft-serve.
Pros: Unique ice cream flavors, Friendly staff

Best Vegan Ice Cream!!! - Edit
Best vegan home made ice cream I've ever had. Hard and soft serve. Rotating flavors, so there's always something different. They also have so many other options and even cute pins, magnets and other items. Creative new flavors and sundaes on the menu regularly. They even host events for other small vegan food businesses. Nicest owners and staff! Highly recommend!

OG vegan ice cream truck - Edit
This place is awesome. Had a nice chat with the lender. Started as the first fully vegan ice cream truck 12 years ago and has had a storefront as well for the past 6 years. There are so many delicious options to choose from it’s really difficult. They have both hard and soft ice cream. Additionally there are knishes, chocolate bars and other swag. They have ice cream sandwiches, chocolate dip, and yummy toppings. I went for a “unicorn” which is soft serve mixed with toppings in a thick milkshake consistently. I had the s’mores special flavor and it was grand. Every veg friendly folk should make this spot a priority if they are in the area.

Service from a window due to covid precautions. So many hard scoop options. But also vanilla, chocolate, and twist soft serve! You can get it dipped as well! Also some vegan ‘blizzards’, baked goods, vegan candy bars, etc.

A must stop! - Edit
I love bringing people here, since you get a choice of soft serve or hard, lots and lots of toppings, our favorite brand of vegan candy bars, etc. getting a chocolate vanilla twist soft serve is a treat, since it’s hard to come by in Vermont, but stay away from the sprinkles, poor quality.
