Empfehlenswert - Edit

Good ramen - Edit
The owners are extraordinarily friendly!
Read moreNoodles are hand made right in front of you.
Vegan options are limited but are very good. Make sure to also mention your vegan requirement when ordering as even the otherwise obviously vegan choices might contain non vegan broth!
Pros: Extremely friendly, Big servings
Cons: Very limited seating

Lovely owners, good food - Edit
Had a nice chat with the owners as I was waiting for my food. Few vegan options. I had the ramen with tofu and vegetables

Amazing Asian cuisine, real enrichment for the dire region - Edit
the only reason I’m rating 4/5 is because of the interior/waiting time that might be high on weekends! The food is hands down 5/5 so if you order to takeaway - you’re not making any mistakes!
Read moreThe restaurant’s owners are kind and very attentive! They make their own noodles, which is why their noodledishes are just so much more flavourful than at other places!
I tend to go for their vegan Ramen, which has a richness I’m missing in a lot of vegan broths. Tofu and Seasonal veggies are both a great pick, this time so went with tofu and soy sprouts. I can also really recommend the Mala- and Mapo tofu as vegan alternatives.
The only downside to this restaurant is the interior. It’s not very decorative and it’s very basic (and small!). They have about 5 small tables, which explains why the majority of customers are ordering takeaway. Also, since it’s just the two owners atm (it seems), you may have to wait a bit longer if you’re coming during weekend evenings. The food surely is worth that time though!
Pros: Homemade noodles , Flavourful Ramen Broth , Very sweet, attentive owners
Cons: Very small location , Long waiting times on weekends
