okay for the lunch buffet - Edit
Had a small selection of vegan options for the lunch buffet, no curry option tho, which was a bummer, but the waiter brought me fresh vegan naan to the table which was super nice. I'm not sure if the selection for the buffet changes, and even if it doesn't I'm sure to go again since it was cheap and very delish.
Pros: vegan options during lunch buffet, cheap cheap cheap, fresh vegan naan (ask for it)
Cons: no vegan curry for lunch buffet

Not much to say other than it definitely had vegetarian options clearly stated on the menu and lots of variety!
Careful, the sweet bread is extra money!

Great Indian food, open for lunch - Edit
India Palace is a great Indian food option in Provo and is open for lunch. Veg options are clearly marked and the staff is knowledgeable about vegans and what is vegan. The staff is also very helpful and friendly and will remember that you are vegan if you go multiple times :)
My favorites are the whole wheat roti with vegetable coconut korma, aloo mutter, aloo gobi, and daal.
Pros: Good food, Veg options marked, knowledgeable staff, Open for lunch
Cons: No vegan drinks or desserts
