Honest Greens is a really nice place to sit and work with a nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food tasted good. I ordered the Plant-based yoghurt goodness. The yoghurt good be a little more, it was on the small side, but it tasted good. They also have some nice vegan sweets. :)

We sat down before ordering which waiter allowed us to do a one off with one reserving the table and one ordering. Normal practice is order and find a seat after.
Read moreWe didn't want to fill up too much as plenty more food in the city to try. They wouldn't let us order 4 sides without first ordering a main. So out the long queue to reassess order. We ended up ordering much less (1 starter instead of 4 sides) as a result and spending less here which is probably disappointing for the owner. But certainly was for us wanting to try the menu out.
We ordered sweet potato fries with beet ketchup, h2o with free refill. Came with 4 choice so we tried them all. Strawberry mint lemonade was my favourite.
Acai chia pot, cauliflower brownie which didn't taste of vegetable it was rich and dense with salty tahini caramel.
We were going to order the juices. 1kg fruit and veg per 330 glass. Until we saw they were in plastic bottles, pre made. I believe the nutrient are degraded after a short time if not drunk immediately. I understand why they do it as its extremely busy and open kitchen etc. No one wants a loud blender going off constant. Just not for us. Personal preference of fussiness.
The food really was very, very yummy and excellent quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend. We walked a distance to get to this place determined to try it for late lunch. Toss up between here and cocohouse. We weren't disappointed and would recommend!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order sides without choosing a main protein first (vegan or meat/fish product). The idea of our menu is to customize your dish with any extra that you like.
However, we will forward your comment internally to continue improving our service and food offer.
On the other hand, we are working on making two separate lines for app users and not users. This method is now being used in some restaurants, and we hope it gets to Rambla one very soon to improve the experience in ordering.

Since Honest Greens opened in Lisbon, I've became a huge fan, I'm not even sure how many times I've eaten their food, but I'm sure that it's been close to 100 (I've also have the luck to work very close to the Parque das Nações one).
Read moreThis said, when in Barcelona I decided to give it a go to, as the menu is the same, I didn't really want to "waste" a main meal opportunity there since I could just go for different restaurants, so I decided to have my breakfast there (every day :D) as it was also very conveniently close to my hotel in Plaza Catalunya.
As with every other experience there, the food was really tasty, very well seasoned/prepared and fresh quality. The toasts (especially the avocado + tahini one) are amazing and go really well with a freshly squeeze oj.
My only negative point about Honest Greens (every location) is their method where you queue up to get the food (sometimes for a long time), and then you get the locator and sit. If you're alone or with a small group it's ok, but when you're in a big group it's annoying to the point that when I'm in a big group, I never go there just for that single reason, they should really re-assess this by having an app where you could scan a code in the table and do your order or something similar.

This place is a good place for healthy foods and with a lot of choices. However, this was not my type of place, food was good but it was not as good as I though of the reviews. There was also very loud music that disturbed when sitting and eating with someone. Would not have a issue to go back for healthy food for a great price, but would not be thrilled to be back.

It’s one of my favorite restaurants here in Barcelona. I don’t go there anymore around typical lunch/dinner times because it’s usually packed and sometimes the wait is really very long and the food gets a bit cold but the taste is always on point.

.... But they offer a lot of plant based options and everything is extremely good and healthy. Coffee and matchas also amazing. I spend one month in Barcelona and i was almost every day there to drink my coffee in the morning, eat my acaii bowl and studied afterwards 💚

We ordered the caeser salads. On the positive, being able to add on felafel balls in one salad and fried tempeh in another salad offered personal customizing. On the negative side, the salads were salty and loaded with raw cabbage.
