Do not go here around 12 o’clock - Edit
Many good options - but terrible service/system around 12. We were supposed to have a quick meal. Ordered food 11:40 in the app as adviced. It never showed up and when we asked they told us it was because the breakfast options closed at 12. No information about this anywhere. The app did not work for lunch so we had to ask for a new menu, picked something quickly for them to say they could not take our order before 12.30 because the lunch-kitchen did not open before then. Had they told us this in the beginning we would have left. Waited one hour from we came just to order… the food took some time to arrive as well

The food also seemed very fresh and was very tasty. Such a great find! All vegan items are clearly indicated on menus (available in several languages) and staff were knowledgeable.

I didn't expect much, based on the menu and it being a chain. However, this crowded restaurant surprised me in more than one way. The dish I had was delicious & I liked the juice bar as well as the interior design.

We came in for dinner and the place was busy. We found a table and ordered online - one of us went up to the skip the line queue and given a tracker. I’m confused as to what would happen if you were by yourself and couldn’t find a table after you had ordered to be honest.

There are many different vegan options, and the food tastes very good. Yet, the place is always so crowded and it becomes very loud - it’s difficult to hear what others at your table are saying😒
Read moreThe worst thing though is that the ventilation is terrible, and there is a terrible sleep of roasted meat - there are no windows so it is impossible to escape from that 🥴
The place fills up with smoke and animal meat smell, and for me it was difficult to enjoy my meal. Would not recommend.

The chain offers lots of vegan options, all completely customizable. There is also an entire corner dedicated to dessert with such things as brownies, cakes and raw cakes. It's possible to order a cup that is only charged once an can be filled up unlimited with water or homemade sugarfree lemonades.

They have two options of vegan protein (falafel and tofu), also salads, sides (mushroom-walnut bolognaise is my favorite) and all the desserts are plant based (I love the “red velvet” cupcake). I love HG, everything is delicious! #Veganuary
