Okay

Useful in a pinch but something was just slightly off about the pizza too much oil?

There's only a bar to sit at for this location, it's not a sit down restaurant.

Really good vegan cheese

I can’t remember the name of the pizza I tried but it was really good nice. Vegan options are clearly marked on their screen.

The vegan cheese was really nice which can be rare at places that don’t specialise in vegan food!

Handy location

This is a handy location to my work, so can I pop out now and then and get a fresh hot snack pizza (perfect size for one). They do pizza by the slice too but I’ve never seen vegan options for that unfortunately.

Pros: Handy location , Lots of vegan options

Cons: Pizza by the slice never vegan

Favourite pizza!

They have a great plant-based menu which keeps me very happy!😄Delicious veggie & vegan pizza, and a nice range of sides as well.

Pros: Lots of choice, delicious, quick and great service

Cons: None so far

Here's an email trail of an online query to Hell Pizza last December after wondering why wedges were not appearing on the website after turning on "v..." filters:

Hi Dmitry,

thanks for your email.
We don't list our wedges as vegetarian because the same oil is used to cook chicken and seafood.
The wedges themselves and the canola oil we cook in is vegetarian.

Evilly Yours,
*****

Hi *****,

I used to order wedges at Hell after checking with staff, but wouldn't have had if I'd known.

A bit strange: you went into the trouble of greatly expanding your options with lots of extra pizzas and even vegan quorn nuggets plus desserts, but it seems to me kind of pointless if one can't order chips with that.

Cruelly disappointed,
Dmitry

---------------------------

P.S. You may need to mention that fact in the Allergen Sheet, as the customers ask the staff if wedges are veg and the staff use the sheet for guidance or may say they are cooked in canola oil without mentioning "by the way together with chicken and fish, hope you don't mind".

Unkind regards,
Dmitry

I received no reply to the last 2 (unless it got lost in spam). The "v" filters still exclude wedges and no mention of contamination in the allergen sheet that I presume the staff use for guidance: https://hellpizza.com/assets/pdfs/Hellthy/hell-allergen-chart-2018.pdf
