Here's an email trail of an online query to Hell Pizza last December after wondering why wedges were not appearing on the website after turning on "v..." filters: Hi Dmitry, thanks for your email. We don't list our wedges as vegetarian because the same oil is used to cook chicken and seafood. The wedges themselves and the canola oil we cook in is vegetarian. A bit strange: you went into the trouble of greatly expanding your options with lots of extra pizzas and even vegan quorn nuggets plus desserts, but it seems to me kind of pointless if one can't order chips with that. You may need to mention that fact in the Allergen Sheet, as the customers ask the staff if wedges are veg and the staff use the sheet for guidance or may say they are cooked in canola oil without mentioning "by the way together with chicken and fish, hope you don't mind".
