High quality whole foods and delicious ! Friendly staff, nice and clean vibe, much care put into all the dishes and drinks, very much recommended !

This place is great!! Definitely one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Taipei. Came here for lunch and was able to get a table no problem--not too crowded. They serve primarily health-focused Asian/Asian fusion dishes, such as mapo tofu, green curry, vegan sushi, etc. Also I wouldn't describe it as upscale either as the prices are pretty decent (~NT$250-270 for an entree, +70 for meal set) and the atmosphere is very clean/minimal but casual.

delicious vegan food. the vegan bowl, tempeh wrap and cashew cheese were great. definitely worth a visit.

won't describe it as upscale. it was packed and noisy at dinnertime, with some bringing kids and babies. there is a vegetarian bakery next door run by the same management with some but not many vegan options.

Flourish is the newest addition to the exploding vegan scene in Taipei. It serves a good range of healthy, fusion cuisine, including Ma Po Tofu, a Green curry and a few western dishes. The interior is pleasant and welcoming. I went on a weekday evening and was lucky to get a table, so I recommend making a reservation. Alternatively, it's one of the few restaurants in Taipei open between lunch and dinner, so it should be possible to just turn up in the afternoon.
It's difficult to know where Flourish will find its niche, but it's certainly up there with Taipei's top vegan restaurants.
Meal sets start at around NT400.
