nice calm retreat in bangkok - Edit
This place has a really nice welcoming chilled out vibe. The food is simple and wholesome (the bun for the veggie tofu burger was freshly baked - the burger was really good). My girlfriend had the aloo gobi and we also tried the sweet n sour tofu - both of these were really good. Nothing stunning, but a really nice little veggie/vegan restaurant all the same, especially if you're missing western food or are struggling to find decent veggie food in Bangkok. I live in Bangkok and will definitely be eating here again!

Huge menu, nice vibe - Edit
We came here several times as it was one of the only nearby places open during Songkran. The staff were really friendly. We enjoyed most of our food, including the massaman curry, tempeh burger and tomato pasta with vegetable balls. The chocolate cake was really good! However, the muesli and soy milk meal was really poor - a tiny portion, with minimal amount of fruit or nuts included within the muesli. It was way too expensive for what it was. We also didn’t like all their weird warnings in the menu about the health issues of soy and soy milk, particularly in the coffee section, especially if they’re not even going to provide an alternative milk to have in your coffee! Seems a bit of a strange approach for a vegetarian place trying to attract both vegetarians and vegans.

Awesome masala shake, try it! - Edit
We came here to on our quest to try all the vegan restaurants around Kao San Road. According to the menu and restaurant intro, they highly value ethicality and sustainability, which is great, and obviously results in higher prices.
Read moreWe had the pineapple fried rice, some non-spicy fried noodles in thick sauce, and a pancake with mango and banana. All of which was good, 4/5. For drinks we got a coconut and a masala shake. Funnily enough, it was our clear verdict that the masala shake was by far the best (and cheapest) item that we ordered.
Pros: Nice atmosphere and clean location, large and very clearly labelled menu, high focus on sustainability
Cons: Pricier than other restaurants in the area

Too salty, too expensive - Edit
Cons: Too salty , No ice in cocktails , Not enough alcohol in expensive cocktails

The Service was very good and friendly. The food was low priced and good too but "something special" was missing. There was a lot to choose from and the vegan options were clearly labelled.

Tasty food & pretty cheap - Edit
We tried the pad Thai and Rat Na. The pad Thai could have done with a bit more flavour & spice, but was nice. The Rat Na wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but again was still nice. Tasty spring rolls too. Veggie and vegan are clearly labelled too.

Good atmosphere, not much flavor - Edit
Super cosy place, really good atmosphere, but something about the food just misses the mark, The Massam Curry was great! But the fried noodles dish just lacked flavor, it had no seasoning and just tasted like water fried veggies with some noodles. The Smoothies are great though! It's a good place to eat if you don't fancy walking around for ages and you're already close by, but other than that I can only give it 3 stars because of the reasons above and it felt expensive for what it was.

Extremely underwhelming - Edit
Came here for the good reviews and ate here 3 times, trying to give it many chances. The food was very average, and was told many items weren't available when i requested them. The staff were quite unenthusiastic and the menu slighting passive aggressive. The place was aesthetic looking but overall its overrated for sure

Food was ok - Edit
The place was beautiful and we were excited because they had many vegan options and they have marked them clearly. The food was unfortenately pretty boring. The staff was friendly but they didn’t inform us what were happening there. They switched the lights off out of nowhere so we didn’t see the menu. We think that they might have done this because there was some attack of bugs happening. The bugs were coming to the lights. But I would wanted to know what was happening.

Great thai food! - Edit
We had fantastic Thai food at Ethos. It's not always easy to find vegan food in Thailand, but in this restaurant you can be sure that it's vegan. It was also very tasty!

Ok food. Overpriced - Edit
I am sorry to give this rating. But I came here because of the high rating and is not realistic. Thai food was pretty standard, you can get better food much cheaper in a lot of other places.

Super lecker & tolles Ambiente!🌞 - Edit
Super leckeres Restaurant!

Tasty curry! - Edit
I had a tasty red curry and my son had hummus on pita bread. Both vegan. The curry had really interesting flavours and apparently the hummus was "the best ever". Service was really quick. It's open to outside, so fans only, no A/C

One of the better veggie places in Bangkok, I’d highly recommend the Masaman curry, was delicious. I also really enjoyed the floor seating and general atmosphere. The only downside was they often missed things from their menu.
