Tasty but extremely difficult to find - Edit
I live 40 minutes outside of Fredericton in a rural area, so I want to make sure that I can get a meal if I do the long drive into town.
Read moreLike some of the other reviewers here, I find this food truck does a poor job of having a consistent and reliable schedule.
They change their schedule regularly and post details on Instagram only sporadically, and then they don’t always show up at the designated place and time.
I DM’ed them on Instagram and told them I was a fan of their food, but found it difficult to reliably locate them.
Rather than reply, they blocked me haha. So I gave up completely on trying to intuit their hours and locations.
Perhaps they should hire someone to manage/publicize their customer relations, because many of my friends and family express the same frustrations about being able to reliably locate them.
Pros: Food is tasty comfort food
Cons: Inconsistent and unreliable locations/hours, Online presence is not customer-friendly

Was absolutely stoked to find a vegan food truck at the Saturday market while visiting Fredericton. Shared two sandwiches with a friend. Had the veg out and the club. Bothe very tasty, the veg out being my favorite. The seitan was a little rubbery for my liking but would happily order again.

This is probably my favorite food truck ever. All vegan, all delicious. Worst problem is deciding what to get each time. The poutine and grilled cheese are probably my top two faves.
