Dear Bella is DELICIOUS! They are entirely vegan and they have so many flavor options, as well as pints and ice cream cakes. Every flavor I have had is delicious and creamy. The staff is always so kind.

As much as it pains me to give a low rating to a vegan place, I’m very disappointed with my experience 😔 I had been eagerly looking forward to trying this ice cream since moving to LA. As I don’t have a car, I placed a delivery order for an ice cream sammie. Much to my dismay, the ice cream arrived completely melted. I understand that ordering delivery carries this risk, but I’ve never had this issue with any of the other vegan ice cream places I’ve ordered from (Yoga-urt, Magpies, etc.)

This ice cream shop is 100% vegan and it truly blew my mind! They had tons of topping options including vegan whipped cream and vegan brownie bits. 😱 They offered 16 ice cream flavors and were great about letting you sample all of them. They even had a honey-free honeycomb flavor. I ended up getting the cookie monsta flavor but I sampled the peanut butter cup as well and that was a close second. 🤤 10/10 experience!

I ordered the green tea kumquat flavor, and it was tasty! The ice cream itself was creamy, and the chunks of kumquats added a level of freshness. There were many (unique and more classic) flavors with various options (regular scoops, sundaes, cookie sandwiches, floats, milkshakes, soft serve, and waffle cones). The interior is cute, and the person working was friendly/offered samples. Not my all-time favorite vegan ice cream, but it’s on my top list.

One of my favorite LA stops is Dear Bella, the best vegan ice cream in town. Great selection -- it's hard to choose, but samples are generous as are the scoops. Flavors range from pretty good to incredible (the incredible flavors come and go-- a good reason to visit often.)

I only started going to this place when I went 100% vegan. When I was vegetarian, I never even noticed it. So glad I gave it a chance. The sundaes are bomb dot com. All the flavors I've had are excellent. My favorite is the cookie monster. I also love the ice cream sandwiches that are premade. I've purchased the ice cream cake for my bday and they were amazing. The best ice cream and the cutest shop with the friendliest workers
