And the Green Burger is the best burger I’ve had in Spain. They make a decent Moscow mule as well and have outdoor seating.

Very good quality Spanish / Mediterranean vegan food. Service was excellent, and atmosphere on patio was good. Portion size of some main dishes may be a bit small. Consider going as a group and ordering several things.

I’ve been there once and I’ll come back for sure! The food is amazing and never boring. The menu is not obvious at all. Very nice for tapas. The cheese board was fabulous and the “fish” as well really tasty.

Great vegan food!! Went there for dinner, we took the patatas bravas, the half cold cut board, the prawn special tapas and the salmon special tapas. The salmon was incredible, I never had best vegan salmon before!!! The cold cut were also super impressive. It was so good that we went back before leaving Barcelona. We had sweet patatos with truffle mayo and the fauxgras special tapas. Once again, I never had best vegan foie gras before it was amazing!!! So I would recommand the salmon and the fauxgras the most!

We went for a nice dinner and that’s what we got. We had the Spanish tortilla, the mixed appetiser plate, the tomato carpaccio and the chocolate coulant for dessert. All of which was amazing. My favourite place in Barcelona.

Chez Kessler could employ staff who are vegan / vegetarian - none of the staff I asked on 3 visits there were vegan (or vegetarian) and none could even recommend any other vegan restaurants (when I could not get a table in Kessler).

Menu has some Interesting dishes to try, like the vegan fois gras with mini toast & the berry jam, as well as the vegan salman rolls with caviar. However it's a bit pricey for the portions. The cheesecake was delicious. I'd go back to try one the charcuterie boards after pre-gaming first 🥂 if I'm in the neighborhood.

the bill we got was 20% higher than the sum of all the items we ordered with no mention of the tip (just assuming we wanna tip 20% is pretty outrageous, if that's what happened)

Buttering bread before adding avocado? Never would have thought to do that, but it was delicious. Husband had the good morning toast and I had a Caesar salad. They didn’t skimp on the veggie meat or tiny croutons and added the perfect amount of dressing. We definitely plan on going back and trying other items on the menu.

Read moreI had the Caesar salad and Good Morning avo toast. Personally I've never had butter on my avocado toast before and I'd prefer it without it, but everything was good in general. The salad used Heura "chicken" and it was quite tasty. I'd have liked to try more on the menu but I was quite hot from walking around so didn't want dishes that were too hot lol
Oh and I got the lemon basil ice cream. It was quite nice but the flavor was rather strong so I had a little trouble finishing it.

la tabla de quesos y embutidos muy buena, pero se sirve con poco pan aunque pedir mas no fue caro, muy rica tambien la ensaladilla, la tortilla por el contrario nada buena (seca y con sabor a garbanzo), el tartar de aguacate y mango muy rico pero escaso por su precio, la porcion de cheesecake con frutos rojos era muy rica pero ridiculamente pequeña y no traia frutos rojos y venía con chocolate

The food here was really good and there was vegan versions of things we hadn’t tried before like prawns. Everything was delicious and the place itself was really nice. You could definitely spend a few hours here eating and drinking. Overall, a really good experience.
