Loved this place. Will travel to Thailand to eat here again one day. Has buffet style to select a few dishes and also has some specific dishes such as vegan Khao soi which I really enjoyed. Amazing value at 40-50 baht per meal. Add this place to your Pai itinerary

Great value jay buffet - Edit
Green curry, pumpkin stir-fry, pad gaprao, tofu dishes, and various mock meats is some of the typical jay fare you can expect to find on their buffet. They also offer a small à la carte carte menu from which I have ordered khao soi, vegan chicken rice, and their papaya salad. Most dishes are really tasty but I found that the salad had an unappealing chemical flavour to it—I think the lime juice they used was from concentrate rather than fresh. In my opinion, of the buffet items, the green curry is the best. Some of the dishes, such as the mince in tomato sauce, are extremely overly salty, so it can be a bit hit-and-miss.
Read moreSomething worth mentioning is that the hand soap they use isn’t vegan as it contains bee-derived ingredients, so be aware of that. Another thing is that there tends to be a lot of mosquitoes inside the restaurant during the evening due to its open front. If you want the buffet, I recommend coming earlier in the day if possible as the food will be fresher and there’ll be more options available.

Such an affordable place with quality selection. I had a wonderful time here and will be going back as soon as possible. I had the vegan duck noodle soup and my partner chose a mix from the selection up front and both were equally as tasty.

Holy crap this food was so awesome and so cheap! So many flavours and good level of spicy (if you like spice). We are coming back to try the Khao Soi! Only negative thing was the fried “chicken” and spring rolls weren’t fresh and were cold but we were too hungry to care as we skipped breakfast for this feast!
