Delicious! Such a great surprise - Edit
I had dinner there yesterday and it was such a great surprise! It´s a foodexperience and you choose how many courses you want. We decided to have three and each one of them was so good.
Read moreYou don´t know what you are going to eat, we were a little bit skeptical about that. But then we really enjoyed all the courses. First we had some snacks: two paté with home-baked bread. Soft and tasty. Then we had two main courses. The first one was so special, new flavours for us. The second one was Spanish tortilla, just the perfect taste. As dessert we had panacotta made of berry and citrus ice cream.
Nice portions, amazing flavours, good combination. Friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere. I recommend this place!

Food is nice though some dishes were better than others. Wines were good but not super exciting. I think there is real room for improvement here. Offering and explanation. The non alcoholic pairing included a nice water kefir.

The food was mostly good, with some disappointing dishes and some exciting ones (the carrot tartare is fenomenal). However, the food was under explained. We didn't know what we were eating most of the times, no explaination of how the food was made etc. It must be cultural, but it seemed there was no pride behind the dishes. I don't think it's true, but still, the experience for me wasn't worth the price

A real vegan food experience! Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, everything paired with a wine or non-alcoholic drink, which we could choose every course. The staff was so friendly and inside it is small, perfect for a more intimate diner for special occasions. Loved everything!

We had an amazing dinner here some time ago for our anniversary. Intimate setting with just a few tables. Albrecht is passionate about his craft. He explained every dish in detail, each more creative than the last. A proper vegan fine dining experience. Nothing wrong with a simple burger, but upscale options for a special occasion are rare for vegans.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van het eten en het was leuk om te zien hoe verschillende onderdelen van dezelfde soorten planten/ groenten terugkwamen door de gerechten heen. Ook het verhaal achter het eten maakt het bijzonder, sommige ingrediënten kwamen uit een voedselbos uit de buurt. Vriendelijke service, een warme sfeer, een absolute aanrader voor een uitgebreid etentje!

We had the five course menu and it was a cacophony of plant based textures and flavours, served with some amazing wines or a soft alternative such as home brewed kombucha. The restaurant ambiance is calming and relaxing and has the delightful touch of the owner introducing each course. Highly recommended dining experience.

A friendly unassuming place with friendly people and really amazing food. Manfred is able to work wonders with natural flavours proving that you can combine healthy food with refined dishes. Every visit has been a wonderful adventure and we are looking forward to the next. It is worth a detour if you're not in the neighbourhood, but it is not a very big place so do make a reservation.

We had dinner for four here last night. The 5 courses were exemplary - all so interesting and tasty with real richness and complexity to the flavours. Many of the elements have that magical, 'Alice in Wonderland' quality of not quite knowing what is what - but it always marries beautifully and satisfies.

Super gezellig restaurant, fijne sfeer en geweldig eten. Bediening is heel persoonlijk, volle aandacht voor je als klant. Mooie open keuken. Het eten ziet er fantastisch mooi uit, zorgvuldig gekozen producten en goeie kwaliteit. Begonnen met 4 gangen, maar na de 1e gang waren we verkocht en wilden we toch 5 gangen om niks te missen haha!

We had the 5 course menu including beverages, also including water (still and sparkling) and coffee or tea afterwards.
The included drinks for each course are wonderful wines or home made juices which are a delight and full of surprising tastes. Most of the home made drinks are based on combucha and fermentation. Tasty ánd healthy! 😃
We chose the wines for each course, but also were allowed to have a taste of the juices.
As for the food, it’s simply amazing how one can combine so many flavours That combine so well in each dish.
Not with seasoning, but the actual flavours of local products being used. Handpicked.
Each course was a surprise for the tastebuds and made us smile. Wondering how they come up with some combinations.

For 5 courses, amuses, 5 wines and the excellent service is actually not expensive at all compared to a regular restaurant.
The menu is based on the season and local availability of products, so it varies from time to time.
Again, the knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff is a delight. Not only friendly, but well educated, actually know everything about the dishes and the drinks/wines.
Will definitely come back for more!
