Set menu due to holiday season. Chose 6 course vegan, no alcohol for 4 pax. Company was just as good as the food. Structures, flavours, temperatures: all great. Also cutlery and ceramics in a very nice style. Staff should be a bit more relaxed and try to go with the flow.

Most amazing vegan dinner I ever had in a non-veg restaurant - Edit
They had clearly put so much effort in the food. We did not even need to notify them in advance of our veganism. We were told they are so used to vegans that they can improvise. Well, they clearly proved this! (But to be sure, we always inform them of our veganism ahead of time.)

Edit July 2025: returned again after a long time and should have done so sooner. Still by far the best vegan (upscale) food in Eindhoven! We even got home made tempeh from Dutch beans and well-seasoned tofu. The dessert was also excellent. Plus they serve nice alcoholfree drinks which match the dishes.

The most important part is the possibility to have vegan plate choices (from starters to desserts) along all the degustation menu. Fantastic taste

I came her for an official work dinner. I got a veganized version of the dishes that my colleagues had. However, some courses weren't that interesting (e.g. plain piece of loaf instead of some special croissant/brioche). No big issue, just not as fancy as expected. However, they served vegan salmon and chockbites, so that was great. Gluten free and vegan was absolutely no problem for them and I was treated as my colleagues (i.e. they gave me an elaborate explanation of what was on my plate, just as my colleagues got for their food).

Heerlijke smaakcombi’s verrassend menu, niks dan positiefs! Alles werd vegan aangepast van de amuse tot het brood. Hier kun je met gerust hart heerlijk eten. Ik heb van tevoren gebeld maar ook als ik dat niet had gedaan was het goed ontvangen geweest. We gingen voor 4 gangen verrassingsmenu en alle was hoog op smaak. Minst lekkere vond ik het hoofdgerecht. Omdat de combinatie met wat minder tot recht kwam. Ik zou hier weer zo gaan eten.

Aanrader voor een high tea - Edit
In mijn pre-vegan periode bezocht ik 1910 voor een high tea. In tegenstelling tot vele andere plaatsen waar vooral zoete gerechten geserveerd worden, was deze high tea heerlijk hartig. Nadien zelfs nog een cadeaubon besteld om vrienden te feliciteren. De bon kwam mooi verpakt per post.
