Great food, Upbeat atmosphere!

Originally found this place online and saw that they had vegetarian options so decided to check it out for dinner. I was 100% satisfied with my meal, the atmosphere and the service. Started off with endless chips and salsa (which was amazing and not too spicy) and went for the vegetarian enchiladas and asked for no cheese seeing as I'm vegan. There were three of them filled with mushrooms, peppers, corn and onion and they were served with rice and refried black beans, which I thought was a nice switch from the ol' refried pinto beans. Also, you could choose from three different sauces to have topped on the enchiladas which I liked, I went for the tamitillo as I'm a big fan of green tomatoes.
The place itself is upbeat with bar area and outside seating which would be great to hang out at after work or with a few mates. The only thing that was a little off putting was the music they played was really loud and if you're looking for a place to have a quite intimate dinner this is not the place but it was enjoyable to grab a bite with a friend or if you're looking to bring the entire family and celebrate.

Overall this was a great place. It's nice to see vegan friendly places in Palm County!! Although I would like to point out that they do use honey (raw honey) in some of their dishes, mostly in the sweets, so they are not completely vegan.
But, the food was amazing! Loved everything I had. Went here with two of my friends and we split the flatbread trio for a starter. Amazing! Loved the bbq one the best but they were all D-Lish. We decided to get three meals and split them so we would all get to try as much as possible. We decided on: vegetable roll, dragon bowl and protein bowl. Vegetable roll was good but left me wanting something more. Plus they were HUGE sushi rolls, it was hard to fit them in your mouth and biting them in half made a mess. Dragon bowl was like zucchini bread in noodle form. It was missing a little salt and when we ate it the next day for lunch adding a little shoyu made the dish that much better. The protein bowl was great and we all want to try the Sun Burger next time!
The atmosphere was very chill and we all loved that they had water on the table for you already and that the place was white, sharp and clean. One complaint I have is the menu, it sometimes would say 'sunflower cheese' and other time it would just say 'cream cheese'. It made it confusing to know for sure if things were actually diary free and therefore vegan friendly. This said, the staff were more the accommodating with our inquires and happy to help.
If you're in the area and looking to try something new, a vegan or vego give this place a go, you will surely not be sorry.
PS: a bit pricy, but the portions where pretty large and that made the price a little easier to swallow.

Great Grub Open Late on 5th!

This place was great. Went here the other night with another vegan and non-vego friend. Loved the atmosphere. It had a more modern causal vibe compared to a lot of the other Italian places on 5th and it was open late which was great cause we decided to go to dinner later! Food was great. Started off with bruscetta which was some of the best I had. Then I had a salad and my friends split no cheese pizza which they said was amazing. Food is reasonably priced for 5th ave and I would love to go back again to try the pizza and perhaps a pasta dish!

First visit and was impressed. A small grocery with lots of healthful items and a deli at the back with freshly made wraps and sammies and baked goods. Reasonable in price and it's great to have a little vegan/vego friendly place in the Palm Beach area. Looking forward to going back. Had the chickpea salad sammie and thought the texture and flavors were d-lish.

the local corner organic store

This place is great. It's Whole Foods-like. They have a cafe where they serve hot and cold meals, juices, smoothies and of course your coffees. Then there's a store that's stocked with local AND organic produce and most of their other products are organic. It's a great little shop and I like supporting the smaller local business and still being able to get the food I need to sustain my vegan diet!

Went here for the first time for dinner with three non-veg friends. We all had a fantastic time. The food was great (I had the pho, yum! AND you've gotta try the drumsticks as a starter- to die for!) and the owner was super friendly. We all had such a lovely time we're planning to make it a regular thing. Now go on, what are you waiting for, go get your happy veggie on!

D-Lish and VEGAN FREINDLY!!

While they do serve meat and have cow's milk on their menu this Indian restaurant is practically half vegan. The HUGE menu provides clear descriptions of all dishes and everything is labeled including the vegan options. It was great to go to a restaurant that wasn't a full fledge vegan joint and still have too many options to choose from that I had to sacrifice one dish for another. Usually there's only one maybe more options. I attended this joint with a non-vegan friend but we ordered vegan all the way and by the end of it, they said that they would eat vegan if it was like this (meaning the meal we had just consumed). We started with the sampler platter for an appetizer. Everything was fried and looked like it was going to taste the same with just different veggies in it but it wasn't. Everything had it's own flavor profile and spiciness. My fave were the samosas. Dinner was a combination of Vegetable Madras and Chana Marsala. Both on the spicier side and we got the Madras at level medium and I'm glad we didn't go any higher. Dishes were served of course with rice and while I would have loved some naan, but it isn't vegan. Looking forward to going back and trying the dishes I had to say no to, plus, I'm gonna save room for dessert because they had two or three vegan options. It you're in the area and looking for Indian, a cultural nosh or a just a new joint to try give this place a go.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always busy. They seat you quickly and the service is good. Lots of options for every meal. I like the omelets and the veggie wraps. If you're vegan, note that the potatoes are cooked in butter so ask for a side salad or something like that.

Surprised to see this on HappyCow

I went here a while back before I went vegan and I don't remember anything vegan being on the menu. That said, this place does have options for the lacto and/or ovo vegos out there. It is a cute place located on 5th ave, which if you're local you know that means $$! Overall, the food was good, service good, but I wouldn't recommend it as a normal place to eat as I think there a better more vegan/vego places in town. Do check it out though; once doesn't hurt.

great food, vibrant atmosphere, a must!

I've been here a few times and always for breakfast. It's a small place where you order at the counter, pay and grab a table and someone brings the food to you. On the weekends watch your timing cause if there's a mad rush there may be no place to sit and everyone plays the vulture game. I've had the oatmeal which was filling and delish! And before I went vegan I had a veggie omelet which was good as well. The coffee is good and they have refreshing OJ. Service has always been quick and I've never had a problem. Looking forward to going back and trying one of their salads or veggie wrap!

I first went here a few months ago and I keep going back and sharing it with everyone that I know. They have everything for someone so no matter if you eat meat, are a vego or vegan you can find something. I like to get the breakfast burrito without egg, add veggie sausage and no cheese. They are happy to accommodate anything! I hear their muffins are to die for and that's what they're famous for so, if you DO eat egg and milk, go for it. Plenty of people on the weekends just walk in for a muffin and a coffee to go. Check it out, bring the fam or a few friends, you won't be disappointed.
