Modern Japanese restaurant with some vegan options - Edit
The place is located centrally in the city. They have three types of vegan nigiri (tofu, avocado, tomato), one maki (with tofu, fig, asparagus and chives), two desserts (vegan cheese cake, mango), a vegan tako and some vegan starters. The taste is very good. They have gluten-free soy sauce and take special attention to allergies.

Not the best sushi I had - Edit
Some strange sushis, such as with cream cheese or fruit. Don't think japanese people would appreciate this.

I warmly recommend Zushi to fellow vegans! We had a great evening there, they have tasty vegan miso soup, takito, a selection of vegan sushi rolls (with asparagus and tofu and almond, with tomato, with wakame, with tofu and with avocado) which we shared (we are a couple). The atmosphere in on the terrace was also nice and the waiters were SO nice! We had a sake on the house just because we had to wait too long for it.
