they said to us: "we are like mcdonalds, just with fresh an healthy food". They are totally right. they have selfservice there. u order at the desk and they call your name when its ready. food was super great with fresh veggies. interior and the outdoor seating area are cozy. worth to go there. all thumbs up.

We liked the food which was served. but it is quite expensive for the size you get. We ate a vegan salad and a vegan dish but were both still hungry afterwards.

The food is fine, just some veggies and a vegan burger (without bun). However, it was very little for the price you pay for it and very greasy as well. The restaurant uses single use plastic cutlery and cups, even if you eat there. This is just super wasteful for no reason. Definitely don't recommend this place, there are way better vegan options in Trieste!

We tried the vegan plate (with a burger patty and nice assortment of colourful veggies), the vegan salad (with a lot of cabbage and a nice dressing) and potatoes; and skipped the burger. All very tasty.

We had 2 salads. These were quite pricey and certainly nothing special. Added to this is the disposable tableware which is really unnecessary if you eat there on the spot. I also ate here once last year and hoped it was better this time. Unfortunately it wasn't, there really are better vegan options in Trieste.

I ate a GIANT vegan burger full of delicious vegetables, together with roasted potatoes. I also ate a SUPER CREAMY chocolate tart (it is available also with jam). Genuino offers also some vegan plates, but they are pretty similar to the burger. The burger is not the best I’ve ever eaten, but it’s good and full of healthy vegetables; no fake cheese made who-know-how or other weird toppings (the purpose of their cuisine is being balanced and healthy). Excellent for a good and fast dinner. The tart was AWESOME.

For this price I expect a restaurant or a bistro to have bathroom, proper cutlery and plates. So much waste with these single use cutlery and plates! And it is really a fast food place, only with somewhat more local and healthy ingredients. They are all the time shouting the names of ppl, so it is not a nice experience to eat there.We ate vegan hamburger and a piatto vegano.

There are a quiet few vegan options on the menu, but they seem to be all very similar. We had the vegan burger and the piatti vegano and both of them tasted mostly like olives. The food is freshly prepared and healthy, but too expensive in my opinion. Also the cups and cutlery are single use!

we had vegan burger and salad; burger was really really nice, quite big and cost about 10 euros, salad did not contain any meat substitute, it was vegetables only but the dip was tasty and there was a lot of spices and we really enjoyed it, i’m sure we will visit again

Super vegan-friendly place, with one vegan option for each of the types of food they serve. The concept is rather focused on quick but healthy meals. Vegan dishes include a vegan burger, vegan salad with vegan patty, vegan tris of rice with veggies (delicious), vegan crostata (three flavours: peach, strawberry or hazelnut cream) and possibly a few more. All is clearly labelled, staff is very kind and the location is central and very nice, especially outdoor. Would definitely recommend for lunch.

Vi ho mangiato di recente ed ho avuto un'impressione positiva: oltre alla vasta offerta di piatti veg (riso condito, insalata vegana, hamburger vegano, passata di verdure ecc) mi ha colpito la qualità del cibo. Ingredienti semplici e di stagione elaborati in chiave decisamente gustosa!
