Pros: healthy, tasty, location is city center, not expensive, view on the city if you sit upstairs

There are many options for creating your own bowl such as different sorts of rice, vegetables, humus, soy meat balls and sauces. It's very tasty 😋 And the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Mi piace che si possa comporre la bowl come si preferisce, ma purtroppo per ora le proteine tra cui scegliere sono tutte non vegane tranne il tofu (i soia strips sono vegetariani).

Great place with exceptionally good tofu - Edit
This is a place where you can create your own bowl in five steps. You can select tofu (which was exceptionally good) and soy strips (contains egg) as protein. There are several vegan souces as well. We ate it at our first day in Trieste and it made us very happy. :)
