Flavorful dishes - Edit
My wife ordered Lamb and I ordered pureed chickpeas ( Shiro). The cook added lentils, cauliflower, spinach and collard greens. The food came in under 10 minutes. The Shiro came as I requested spicy. All the peas, beans and veggies were delicious and vegan. My wife was more than satisfied with the flavor and quantity of lamb. The food is worth the price.

Vegan friendly African - Edit
The waiter was vegan and incredibly accommodating. His suggestions were fantastic (cabbage, carrots and potatoes in turmeric), spicy red lentils and I opted for the collard greens. He insisted on bringing my meat eater friend’s portion on a separate platter. There are so many vegan dishes to try I hope to come back here. The food is super filling and inexpensive too.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
I love Ethiopian food and this place is as good as any I've tried. You're greeted with the smell of a plethora of flavorful spices when you walk in the door, and dining room is quaint and comfortable. There's a section of vegetable dishes on the menu, and all but one are vegan (and the non-vegan dish can easily be made vegan by leaving off the cottage cheese). My favorites are the Foussulia, the Yemisir Kay Wat, and the Gomen Wat.

Cons: not 100% vegan
