Upscale vegetarian restaurant that services mostly vegan dishes, with those that have egg or milk marked. Entrance is tucked inside a dingy corridor, but the interior decor is elegant. Hosts live guzheng performance. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Delicious food

Declious food, lovely decor, very good service. Marked online as 'vegetarian' but the menu was entirely vegan, confirmed this with the staff. Worth noting that it is more expensive than many restaurants in the city, costing about 500rmb (£50) for five of us. Would definitely recommend, brilliant food for veggies and meat eaters alike.

Pros: Unique food, Service, Atmosphere

Sublime! Must try in Tianjin

Exquisite vegetarian spot, most dishes are vegan. Non vegan dishes are clearly marked. Double check with waitress when you order.
All ingredients are super fresh, the owner told us that they source the veggies(including delicacies like 竹荪,牛肝菌,羊肚菌) from the same supplier used by upscale hotels.
We absolutely loved the 竹荪 dish(not bamboo shoot but a fungus) and the tofu dish(veganized 蟹黄豆腐). My only complain is our takeout truffle fried rice, it was too dry and not much truffle taste.

Hidden gem, amazing food, decor and staff

This place didn't have much info on Baidu Maps except one photo of the exterior, but it was close by so figured we'd go check it out.

The entrance is way inside a somewhat dirty corridor, but inside is super elegant! Really delicate and beautiful decor, plus there was someone playing guzheng, or Chinese zither.

Menu had English and clearly marked dishes with eggs and dairy. We got lotus root balls with root veggies and bamboo shoots, sauteed konjac, lentil pods and sea velvet (according to Baidu translate. A see veggie), noodles. Some dishes were overly salty, but overall flavors and textures were very good.

The staff were all really friendly compared to other restaurants! They'd actually look us in the eyes, smile and take time to talk to us.

Price may be high for locals, but really good if converted to USD.

Pros: Many vegan options, Beautiful environment, Actually friendly staff

Cons: Little hard to find
