Great vegan/ gluten free options - Edit
We were searching for some gluten free and vegan food that actually had some nutrient density to it, along with flavor. Found this place on the Happy Cow app and so glad that we stopped in. Great service and food. They offer gluten free soy sauce and can make a lot of the dishes gluten free. Some of them can definitely be made vegan also, but not as many can be made both gluten free and vegan. Our server was great and gave me suggestions for what I could have that fit my dietary restrictions. I got the veggie tofu stir fry with brown rice and my husband got the fried rice with tofu. We had the edamame as a starter. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and my husband had an IPA from Highland Brewing in Asheville.

Delicious sushi, mediocre fried rice - Edit
The tempura sweet potato sushi was great and there were lots of tofu options on the menu. The Thai fried rice was not Thai style at all and didn’t have a very good flavor.

Just thankful for another option. - Edit
The Inari Avocado Roll is my favorite item on the menu. 🙌🏼
Read moreFood and price are decent, but I’m just so thankful for every option in Waynesville, because there are very very few. They vegetables were fresh, they offer tofu as a protein. The server was unsure if the Udon and Yakisoba were vegetarian/vegan, and it was very busy so I didn’t inquire further. It would seem that several of the dishes could easily be made vegan. They also list 8 vegetarian rolls on the menu, as well as bean curd sashimi or sushi. I will definitely give them another shot!

Great sushi - Edit
Got there at 8:15pm and the restaurant was full! We had our reservation so got seated right away. I ordered a green salad with ginger dressing (very good, nice portion for a side) and two rolls. Roll 1 - sweet potato tempura (awesome) Roll 2 - Tempura asparagus and mushroom roll (amazing). They were 6 pieces each and big. Great taste! Service was also very good. Would definitely come back and recommend.
