A Must Post Hike - Edit
Absolutely great service while really busy on a Saturday afternoon, super fun atmosphere with outdoor and indoor seating, classic and funky beer choices, and the food! The food was incredible! Lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. You can sub maple soy tempeh for any protein. This is a top notch place. A must visit for tourists and Asheville locals. Plan to stop here after your hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Tempeh, tempeh, tempeh! - Edit
So many good items on the menu that aren't originally vegan, that you can make vegan! I got the Mediterranean salad and took off the cheese and added their tempeh. It was the best tempeh I've ever had! Also, my brother got a burrito and took out the meat and dairy, but substituted the tempeh, and it was an enormous burrito stuffed with rice and other goodies too! Very impressed that they had something for everyone and will be back again.

Boojum was a great experience! It’s a big restaurant/brewery with a solid menu. I got the Mediterranean salad (no cheese) and added the maple soy Seitan. It was delicious. Came with lettuce, tomato, crispy green beans, artichokes and the seitan. Comes with a green goddess dressing that usually isn’t vegan, so I got balsamic vinaigrette instead. Service was great. Has TVs.

Very neat brewery. They have a lot of vegan options but you will have to ask for something without eggs or dairy. They have seitan chicken and chorizo. The servers are all nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Be aware that their black bean burger has both dairy and eggs in it.
