L'emplacement est doux et facile, on se sent à l'aise à l'intérieur. Le monsieur qui sert est super sympa ! Les plats salés ou sucrés ainsi que les boissons sont DÉ-LI-CIEUX. Une de mes adresses phares avec le Brûlé quand je veux être sure de manger quelque chose de bon et vegan !

Quel plaisir d'avoir découvert que Virgule proposait du vegan il y a peu, je pensais qu'il s'agissait simplement d'une ou deux options par ci par là mais pas du tout !

C'est chose faite, après un déjeuner chez Furahaa, on est venu prendre le café chez Virgule😄L'endroit est très mignon et propose une terrasse, il y a un large choix de boissons et même si on avait plus du tout faim on s'est laissé tenter par le brownie parce qu'il avait l'air beaucoup trop bon pour qu'on rate l'occasion !
Il y a avait du monde et c'est un plaisir de voir ça !

The decor is very welcoming and the seating is comfortable, both inside and out.
I had a great breakfast with hot chocolate made with almond milk, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a carrot cake with walnuts—perfect for starting off a sunny day.
The manager introduced his coffee shop, and it was a pleasure to chat with him.
In short, a very welcoming vegan coffee shop in the center of Toulouse!

He was very patient and kind both with my limited french and also with another customer who was using sign language to communicate. They had several pre- made baguette sandwiches to choose from and both i got to try were good

Lovely quiet central coffee shop. Friendly staff member. We ordered club sandwich. Slightly disappointed that it was sliced ‘meat’ and cheese as that’s not what we’d usually go for. Actually it was delicious as there was plenty of lettuce and the mayo was tangy possibly a hint of mustard and the bread was granary. I was expecting it to come with salad looking at the pictures but in retrospect we probably needed to order a salad. Lemon cake and coffee were lovely. Large clean toilet. Would recommend but if we return I’d order something else with a salad. Lots of different cakes and cookies to try too.

I have been here a couple of times over the last weeks and was always very pleased. It’s a fantastic little vegan cafe shop, very relaxed and extremely friendly owner. The Cakes, cookies and the sandwiches (Tofu/smoked cheese) are very delicious. Despite being so central (around the corner from the Capitole), it’s quiet - a place to recharge your energy. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend this place 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We had a couple of sandwiches, a matcha and white chocolate cookie, a kombucha and a flat white. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

On a goûté deux sandwiches - un au tofu fumé, avocat et crème de cajou et l’autre au tofu et basilic. Le sandwich à l’avocat était vraiment très bon mais celui au pesto piquait un peu trop - le pesto avait beaucoup trop d’ail. Le cookie au matcha était acceptable et le cake au citron était bon. Le matcha latte était pas terrible….mais c’est très difficile trouver du bon matcha en France. La personnelle était très accueillante et l’endroit et très sympa et offre même les produits menstruels gratuits aux toilettes.

i went here twice during my stay in toulouse and ordered different things, all of them pretty good. BUT i have to say the value for money varies a lot depending on what you choose. the sandwiches have decent prices, the cookies are already a bit expensive in my view (3,50€ even though that starts to be normal;-;). but the hummus is overpriced, you pay 7,50€ for maybe 100g. it's crazily good, no question - all the spices on top make it truly special - but 7,50€!?
