This café is a lovely place in the un-veganfriendly climate of Toulouse. Their tartines and toasts are amazingly delicious and fairly priced considering local price standards. Every expectation we had was surpassed. Foodgasm from my grilled cheese!

But definitely recommend to spare a visit when in Toulouse. Especially for their savoury options.

On a apprécié notre passage dans ce petit café : notre déjeuner (pris tardivement dans l'après-midi) était parfait, à la fois frais et coloré grâce à tous les légumes différents et aux épices, et goutu grâce aux tartines de houmous, avocat et le grilled cheese. J'ai pris un jus d'orange frais en complément : un repas très vitaminé et satisfaisant pour reprendre les visites :)

A very sweet place in Toulouse, everything is vegan so it is very friendly. They are 4 differents toasts and cakes, cakes if you want to eat something, and also coffees, teas, and juices. The patron is very sympathetic !

Lovely atmosphere, everything is vegan ! My partner and I split a grilled cheese and brownie - he’s not vegan and loved the faux cheese just as much as I did. The grilled cheese came with a great pesto and yummy salad.

Cozy little spot in the heart of downtown Toulouse. They are a cafe and thus mostly offer beverages and desserts, but they also have a few savory options like bread with hummus or avocado.
Read moreI really like this place and have stopped by here a few time already because of how tasty everything is as well as the extremely kind and friendly service. Pro tip: try their infusion of the day. They use fresh herbs and plants for it, so it’s both warming and very flavorful. I’ve had so far a ginger, hibiscus and lemon infusion and a ginger thyme infusion and both were spectacular, but the hibiscus one takes the prize for me. I’ve also tried their lemon cake/bread and highly recommend it. Perfect level of sweetness and an amazing texture. The only thing perhaps to improve might be the coffee. I’m not a coffee person, but my boyfriend had their espresso and was not terribly happy with it. Still, he said he’d happily return, but definitely would order tea next time.
Overall, very cute and highly recommended spot. I definitely will be back a few more times before leaving Toulouse.

I went there while being at the same street to sell some books at Gibert. I had to stop to see this new vegan place in Toulouse. Took the brownie for 3 euros (because I had an appointment and the savoury I asked and he replied that I couldnt take it away), talked a bit with the owner.

A very nice coffe shop where you can mostly eat cakes and drink coffe. There is one salty option which I had and that was really good, also a little small ! I also took a milkshake, chocolate muffin and cappuccino which were all great.

Read moreThis new vegan coffee shop in the very center of Toulouse offers, of course, great coffees but also a wide range of vegan drinks (latte, milkshake, fresh fruit juices, teas, etc.). Coffee grains come from very ethical networks that fairly pay producers. Virgule also offers food such as pastries, toasts (avocado toast and hummus) and sandwiches (grilled cheese). I've been there several times to work because the place is pleasant and calm, and provides good vegan food and drinks at any time. The grilled cheese sandwiches are excellent and come with a nice and tasty salad with seasonnal products. Pastries are also very tasty (especially cookies, banana breads and layer cakes) and go perfectly well with a cappuccino in the afternoon, or as a dessert. This place is a very great addition to the vegan food scene of Toulouse!
