Lovely little spot - Edit
Well worth a visit. Very friendly guy behind the counter. We had the soup, avocado on toast (which was very good - there was a delicious pâté underneath) and mixed salad. The space is a little small but it has a nice atmosphere.

A café with an ‘at home’ feel. The owner was very friendly and was very patient while I tried my hand at speaking (basic) French.

Lovely little spot off of place capitole. All vegan. Very tasty even my non vegan hubby loved it. Simple menu. We had avocado toast and hummus toast. Both come with large salads. Though A bit salty but still lovely

We rocked up to Toulouse without any knowledge of the city and thankfully stumbled across Virgule where we were met by friendly staff and served up with a delicious meal! Next time we're down in the south of France, Virgule will be first on the menu. Would recommend.

Lovely entirely vegan cafe in central toulouse. Simple, small yet delicious brunch menu (avo toast, hummus toast & grilled cheese all coming with a great side salad which makes it substantial). Cakes, cookies, cupcakes and takeaway paninis also sold. Iced coffee was great, nice way to start a day. Don’t expect lightning fast service.
