Yummy lunch - Edit
Fully vegan with lots of options for lunch. Very large portions. Small place with no outdoor seats so you might have to wait but you can always take away to the beautiful square round the corner. Friendly and cheerful staff.

Easy seating for 14 to eat in or as a takeaway. Good selection of food. Helpful and pleasant staff who accommodated our language differences with a smile. It's located quite centrally to, just a 5min stoll from the Plaza Mayor.

I don't know if things have changed since the last comments were posted but I went in July 2025 and was very underwhelmed.
Read more3 small plates cost 13e; I personally left quite hungry.
For this price there are better vegan places in Salamanca..

It was nice to get to Salamanca given the lack of vegan restaurants in the north. The variety and the food itself are pretty amazing. Especially the chorizo potato dish. We shared a large combination plate and were so full, we took our lasagne away. We came home to Portugal today (the morning after eating here) and are going to have the lasagne for dinner. The chocolate cheesecake was good, but more like a mousse pie than cheesecake. The only bad thing was a little red velvet cake ball. It didn't have much flavor at all, but had a lot of tough chewy bits. I didn't know what they were.

Loved the home cooked food here after being in the countryside for a week. So many choices, all quite large so pace yourself! Some Torta de legumbres, empanadas, and great desserts. Great value. I’d eat here daily if I was local!!

Cheap vegan homemade Spanish food - Edit
Their vegan cheesecake was amazing. Didn’t try the main dishes but it’s basically homemade typical, very traditional Spanish dishes (which I’m honestly not very fond of) but veganized. They did have a very good looking lasagna and a moussaka too, so not only Spanish food😄would definitely recommend it since it’s one of the few 100% vegan places in Salamanca.

Read moreLa comida estaba toda increíble, pedimos seis platos distintos y ninguno decepcionó ni un poco. Además los tuppers en los que viene la comida se pueden calentar en el micro y son reutilizables.
Las raciones están genial de tamaño, éramos cuatro y quedamos llenísimos e incluso nos sobró comida para la cena.
Lo mejor de este lugar, sin duda, es el trato. Estamos muy agradecidos y ojalá existiesen más lugares así!

We had four dishes each and a dessert. All was delicious. It's buffet style and perfect for lunchtime. Free dark bread was really tasty and a bottle of water each. Good value. Because there was two of us we tried 8 different options. Really good way to work out our favourites. Plenty of beans/lentil dishes so will not go hungry.

Comida vegana muy rica y casera. Me encantó el ambiente ya que es un local pequeño y acogedor y la mujer que trabaja allí es súper agradable, le puso hasta un cuenquito con agua a mi perro (sobra decir que es animal friendly). Comimos una ración de musaka, media ración de soja texturizada al estilo teriyaki, media ración de albóndigas y de postre un trozo de tarta de queso y un hojaldre con nata y frutos rojos. La comida estaba muy buena, aunque las albóndigas se hacían una pasta algo densa pero su sabor era bueno, las he probado mejores (también veganas). Para beber mi padre se tomó una cerveza y yo una kombucha de piña que estaba muy rica. Además te sirven un par de trozos de pan (no sé exactamente de qué es, supongo que de centeno o algo parecido). Repetiré sin duda para seguir probando sus platos, ya que tienen buena pinta.

Friendly, home-style cooking with a wide range of options. Enjoyed my meal and was happy with the value-for-money on offer. One suggestion: the way the menu is set-up, you can order a half or full portion of each item, but this meant I only got to try 2 items. Would have liked a sample plate with smaller portions from a wider range of what was on offer.

We took advantage of a plate with 4 different options. Twice! Lovely dishes. We had some classical Spanish food, vegan, like tortilla de patatas and paella. There was a lovely lemon lentil and potato dish that was to die for.
