I would have preferred a flour dough and a fluffy Waffel.

I can’t recall when I had vegan waffles last time, but this waffle was very good. Freshly made. Friendly owner. This is located inside a small mall, and there are limited spots to sit down.

I got the chocolate waffle. It was so fun to watch the lady make the waffles live and the waffle came out crispy and soft at the same time. Not sure how to describe it but it was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chocolate tasted genuine. Not so sweet or bitter

The waffles were really tasty and close to the grand place. The chocolate milk wasn’t as good, I’ve had better vegan chocolate milk so I wouldn’t recommend that one. The waffles were tasty but a little pricey.

I ordered a waffle with strawberries and chocolate. It was really good! I do think there was a little too much chocolate for the amount of strawberries and waffles. The food came out fast and I couldn't tell it was vegan or gluten free. My non vegan friend said it was a little gummy on the inside of the waffle, though.

Read moreThe whipped cream is insanely good, the nice lady wouldn't share the secret of how they make it understandably cause it was insanely good, the waffle was soft fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside
Must go stop if you pass by Bruxelles, they make savory options as well but we only tried the sweet ones
Pros: Speed of preparation, Super good flavour wise
Cons: Maybe slightly more expensive than non vegan, A tad too sweet for my taste

The location inside a stale mall is a bit off putting, next to a selection of cheap clothing / leather shops.. But the main thing, the waffles, were proper yummy. Try the sirop de liege (date and prune syrup) with them 😋 Also note: take away place.

Very tasty vegan and gluten free waffles. I had one with chocolate sauce, salty caramel sauce and strawberries. The variety of toppings to choose from is not huge, but they all sound delicious. The shop is located inside an indoor market hall, right next to a place that sells vegan savory waffles.
