Gorgeous vegan food and wine - Edit
Small all vegan restaurant, they explain the menu very well. Dishes come out in whatever order they are ready, all delicious. I don't like mushrooms (due to the texture), the Molette was mushrooms and they melted in the mouth

Delicious, unique food - Edit
Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! It was expensive, but the flavours were amazing and I really enjoyed our meal. It seems like this place is always understaffed unfortunately, each of our courses took soo long to come out. Its a sharing small plate menu so we expected everything to come out as its ready but more or less at the same time, but we waited over half an hour between each course and each dish was pretty small. The server was absolutely lovely though, and we enjoyed our visit despite the long waits! Really interesting food, and I would recommend it if you’re looking for something a little fancier - we came for our anniversary meal

I really wanted to love this place - Edit
Is female owned, the environment is nice service was good, wine was also good but the food was underwhelming. Dishes were nice but felt overpriced, the crunchy vegetables are just raw vegetables with vegan mayonnaise and vinegar, the mushrooms with fried potatoes were fine but overpriced. They kept asking if we wanted bread which I don’t eat but my partner said yes and they charged it twice “as they charge per person” that was strange. Anyways I would only recommend here to have a glass of wine and maybe croquetas. I give it three stars cause a fully vegan

Platos tradicionales veganizados - Edit

Underwhelming, overpriced - Edit
Like others here, I agonised over leaving this review about a 100% vegan, female-owned, independent business. However, the reviews here (and on Google) show that the restaurant is not adapting to the public feedback.
Read moreThe decor and vibe is clinical, the service can be described in the same way. Even booking the table over the phone was a strange interaction: I speak fluent Spanish, but when asked for a contact number, the person I spoke to "supposed" it would be an English one. The menu was unclear (how many croquetas per portion etc; my Spanish partner had to ask for an explanation of one menu item).
Unlike other reviews, the service was far from slow: we felt rushed to decide, the pressurised upselling was very much evident, and the waitress wouldn't let us order a few things now and then perhaps more later...this is Spain!! Then the tapas arrived one after another.
As a result, three stars (rounded up from 2.5) because although expensive for what it was, the food was very tasty. It could have done with some more elaborate presentation and larger portions (given the prices) and better cutlery (weirdly uncomfortable to use). Oh, and prompting to tip in Spain just isn't done.
It needs to decide what it is: upmarket, impeccable service, elaborate plating with pricing to match; or decent food, reasonable prices with a fast food vibe. As it is, we wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.

Exorbitant prices don't match the quality of the dishes or experience - Edit
This dining experience was disappointing... The quality and portion sizes of the dishes do not at all justify the exorbitant prices. I felt hugely ripped off when we ordered the dish of the day (beans with mushrooms in a supposed saffron sauce) and got a tiny, tasteless dish which appeared as €20 on the bill. We have had better vegan dishes in Seville for half that amount. The leek stroganoff was quite tasty but too salty and again, so very small for the price. The croquettas were the smallest I've ever seen in Spain and fell apart as soon as I tried to pick them up. The wine was delicious though.
Read moreWe also waited nearly 1.5 hours to receive the only 3 dishes we ordered while the table next to us (who arrived later) got all theirs. The waitress was kind and apologetic but clearly this is a problem that they haven't resolved noted in other reviews here and on Google. There is only one chef preparing food for everyone.
There aren't really other fully vegan restaurants open this late in Seville offering tapas and sadly, I feel the prices are taking advantage of vegans 😔

Cold food - Edit
We got the croquettes and they were cold in the middle. They weren’t cooked properly. Very strange and we didn’t say anything because it was our first plate out.
Read moreThe second plate was the white sweet potato and it arrived only lukewarm in a cold soup. There was no explanation of what it would be on the menu. Again, very strange. We thought maybe it was meant to be cold food but it was kind of warm which makes me think it was just poorly cooked.
The third plate was a mushroom sandwich, this was really good and saved the day a little.
The couscous was good but not a lot of food for the price. It was €20 for a shallow plate of couscous.
Overall pretty disappointing.

Nice food but a long wait - Edit
I enjoyed the concept of Vegani, but sadly we had to wait a very long time for our food, which also felt overpriced for the portion sizes. There only seemed to be one server and one chef for the whole restaurant, however they were very friendly. Otherwise, the food was nice and completely vegan.

Food amazing but sort out the wait - Edit
Sadly, I don’t think you’ll ever get anyone vegan or non to visit here regularly, even if the food is amazing. 2 members of staff on for 5, maybe slightly over tables. It’s tapas. Ordered food 1:45 mins ago and waiting on 5th course. Wife has left. Shame shame shame. I know money can be hard but they would have more if people got quicker service and drank more. Strange setup.

Long waiting - Edit
The food was good but nothing special. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to take the order and I'm not gonna even mention how long I had to wait for each meal. Do not come here if you don't have the patience to sit for an hour to eat

Exceptional Taste, BUT - Edit
The taste and flavour profile of each dish was impressive! The dishes were freshly prepared and you could taste so many different ingredients that came to play in each dish!
Read moreBut this is not the place if you're hungry and looking for hearty and filling meal, this restaurant is a culinary experience only! And the prices reflect that. It was quite pricey, and to be honest, the menu itself was confusing as it was not clear what each dish entailed and if it was more of a entree or a main dish.
But again, 5/5 in terms of taste.
Pros: Taste, Freshness
Cons: Price, Portion Size

Chef deserves to work at a better restaurant - Edit
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
Read more🧭 it's clear the chef here is top-tier: each of our dishes was perfectly seasoned and plated
🧭 the food is overpriced for the locale and the atmosphere (cringey décor, looks like a cafeteria not worthy of the chef's talent)
🧭 the waitstaff tried very hard to convince us to order more food than we wanted, which felt odd and even somewhat pushy
🧭 it seems like this place is trying to be two things: a Michelan star experience and a hipster grunge café - with the prices and dishes of the former but the service and atmosphere of the latter
🧭 100% woman run
🧭 100% plant-based

Croquettes!!!! - Edit
Seville is pretty meat and fish heavy, so finding all vegan places is a relief! My favourite part of the meal was the croquettes, first ones I've had in 8 years, and they were delicious! The broccoli potato salad was also great. Everything was tasty, service friendly, thanks!

Lovely vegan restaurant on calle feria - Edit
Vegani is one of the few vegan places in Seville that serves dinner and is open late. I went on a Friday evening around 8:30pm. The place was empty when I arrived, but by 9pm it was packed. The server was very attentive and explained the menu to me. She did have strong opinions about what I should order, but I was fine with that because her choices were great. I ordered the croquettes, the ensalda de papa, the sandonito, and a kombucha. This was more than enough food for one person. Everything was great. The sandonito has a breaded chicken patty on it that was very filling. The place is pricier than the other vegan restaurants in Seville, but it's worth the splurge for a night out on the fun Calle Feria, which is a little outside of the city center.
