Food is great but ambiance a little lacking - Edit
We went to Tokyo for the first time in months today, to visit the city’s newest vegan restaurant. It’s called Vegan Ramen Uzu, and it just opened today at the TeamLab Planets digital art museum (nearest station: Shin-Toyosu).
You do NOT have to purchase a ticket to the Planets art museum to eat at the restaurant, although we highly recommend going there at least once. It’s a unique experience not to be missed!
On to the food. You have the option of eating outdoors, or inside the “digital installation” (basically, a dark room with pretty images projected on the walls and ceilings and ~ambient~ music playing). This will cost you, though— the cheapest bowl of ramen (drink and entrance to the room included) costs 2200 yen.
We forked over the cash and were led into the room. It. is. tiny!!!! And it has just one communal table that can seat 12. I guess there are people out there that like being seated opposite total strangers, but I’m not one of them.
We waited, awkwardly, in the small, dark, loud room for our food to arrive. When it did, I was happy with it. My spicy miso ramen had just the right amount of spice, and I loved the noodles. Taking center stage
was a giant onion, which I was happy with, but onion-hater Ryuji was not.
They also sell vegan ice cream, but 650 yen for a scoop was a bridge too far after paying all that money just for lunch. I appreciated the fact that the kitchen is clearly visible from the counter where you place your order.
Visit the Planets museum, and if you’re hungry afterwards, grab a bowl of ramen. It’s delicious. But maybe eat it outside.

Pros: Food is good

Worth the mandatory art exhibit - Edit
NOTE: REQUIRES A TICKET AND ENTRANCE TO TEAMLAB PLANETS. YOU CANNOT ORDER WITHOUT GETTING THROUGH THE FRONT GATES. TICKET PRICES VARY FROM ¥3800 TO ¥4800 AS OF 2/14/26
Read morePartner and I both got the Miso Ramen which was absolutely delicious. Still trying to figure out how they made the broth so creamy, rich, and full of umami. Came around 6:30pm on Valentine's day and seating was only about half used. What a great treat to enjoy in-between the Planets exhibits.
Pros: Good portion, Short wait
Cons: Requires ticket and entrance to TeamLab Planets

Great ramen - Edit
Spicy and non-spicy ramen option. Also optional to add some yuzu-lemon juice. Ramen tasted great. Very filling.
Read moreAlso have a little food truck for donuts. We tried the lemon, strawberry and matcha donuts. Lemon was my favorite. They also sell cookies from o.v.g.o bakers there.
Only outdoor seating.
Indoor seating available for “black emptiness table” that also shows digital art. Also serve uzu ramen there but I think for a higher rate.
Definitely a great spot to eat if you are at team lab planets. Super cool to have vegan only at a place like that.
We got the entrance ticket for 10:00 am and had lunch around noon. But also didn’t lined up for everything inside teamlab.

Overpriced but delicious ramen - Edit
I love that this fully vegan ramen spot is conveniently on the teamlabs location, really cool that it’s getting lots of non-veg ppl to try a delicious vegan option. I actually did get really hungry after team labs since it’s interactive and we were there for awhile so it was nice to have this option right there. Luckily it was beautiful weather so eating outdoors was really nice and there was plenty of seating. Fast service. The ramen was amazing! The muffin I got was tiny and just ok so absolutely not worth the price. I also got 2 cookies: matcha and chocolate chip. They were not really worth it. Unfortunately the iced green tea I got was really weak and bland. But the ramen and matcha ice cream were both great.

One of the Best Ramen in Japan 🍜 - Edit
We went here right after visiting teamLab Planets, and it was the best ramen I had in Japan! The flavor was rich and comforting, and the whole dining setup added to the fun, immersive experience. Definitely a must-visit if you’re heading to teamLab or just looking for amazing vegan ramen in Tokyo.

Fantastic Experience - Edit
Best vegan ramen in town!!! And the experience that comes with it is even better. If you are at team labs planet, don't leave without trying this ramen. It is superb and tops up with the experience if you decide to go inaide the pop up to have the black emptiness table. It matches the amazing experience in the museum. Must try!

Nice ramen! - Edit
You have to have a ticket for planet labs to eat ramen from here but would definitely reccomend trying it out if you're visiting. Sadly I saw a lot of people making faces at the board which said it was a plant based ramen joint but these people were certainly missing out. The broth was flavourful and aromatic, the mushrooms were meaty and smokey and the tomato added a lovely zingy flavour to the soup. It wasn't my favourite ramen I've enjoyed in Tokyo but that's more so down to personal taste, the flavours were so well executed and the bowl was very visually pleasing.

Delicious ramen! - Edit
Only one option for ramen but the one they serve was delicious! The broth was really flavourful, the veggies were delicious as was the mushroom and lotus root. After 2 days in Tokyo, without finding a vegetarian place, this vegan food stall outside Teamlab planet was good for the soul and my belly.

Perfect broth - Edit
Possibly the best ramen broth I’ve ever had! After an extremely worthwhile walk through the teamLab Planets experience, the ramen here was a great way to end the afternoon. Lots of (outdoor) seating, but will probably still be quite crowded as many people exit the main building at around the same time (admission to teamLab Planets is time-slot-based).

Best Vegan Ramen - Edit
Only available for those who attend TeamLabs (which is a worthwhile experience in and of itself), this vegan ramen was so rich, complex and tasty that we fell in love with it! Multiple options, I had the spicy ramen with yuzu, my wife had the miso ramen, both unique but both delicious!

Lovely ramen a bit spicy for me. There is no larger source of protine. My bf was sceptical and waited to order until he tasted mine first. He dosen’t like mushrooms and sweet staff so he was not sure if he’s gonna like it but he did!

fully vegan ramen in one of the most popular Tokyo attractions - Edit
Being able to enjoy fully vegan ramen in such place was prove for us that veganism is slowly starting to win !! the ramen itself was full of flavour and really delicious. I would recommend going to a restaurant and eating it in the dark room with art installations, however bear in mind that you would be charged extra even though they sell it as a "set" (ramen plus drink = 3000 yen). Ordering it separately and eating outside is cheaper and even though we do not regret going there it is just bad that they do not communicate it when You order. We were also hoping that the restaurant and the musem is separated and we could eat first before entering team labs.

The ramen and portion size were excellent! The tomato is dreamy. The okra was slightly undercooked but nevertheless the ramen was worth having before or after you explore teamlab.
