The Broth was very tasty, which is why I would think the other Vegan Ramen options will also taste good.

The staff can take orders in English if needed.

Multiple Menu Items can be Made Vegan - Edit
Most udon and ramen bowls can be made with the vegan broth so there are many options here. The vegan broth is DELICIOUS.
Read moreThis restaurant is located in the food court of Toyosu Senkyakubanrai which is on the 3rd floor. Booth 301. The staff is very helpful and the food was prepared quickly.
Side note, the bathrooms here are very clean and have bidets and thick paper.
Pros: Many options, Udon noodles were amazing
Cons: Mushroom Tempura is fried in the same oil as fish

First, go to the THIRD floor of the market at this block. Don’t listen to Google. Check the pictures others have posted.
Read moreWe tried 3 of the bowls. And while it’s awesome they have explicitly stated veg options the bowls were OK compared to others we’ve found. Good in a pinch or if out with nonveg friends.

Good Udon & Ramen - Edit
Many vegan Options for Ramen and Udon Soup with Tofu or veggie tempura. As a Vegetarian you can also add soft boiled egg. Also many meat dishes available. Overall nice Shop, but hard to find and inside a very touristy Food hall.

A great little udon joint - Edit
I had intended to get vegan ramen at UZU 15 minutes walk away, but didn’t realise it was part of a touristy art attraction and so had a huge line.
Read moreThis was close by in the Toyosu market food hall, and has quite a decent selection of vegan udon. I had the tempura udon and it hit the spot after walking hours around the area. I think their inari might also be vegan but should probably ask.
As a side note, at the time of writing the photo on google is of a DIFFERENT store, and it’s actually on the third floor!

the only place sells vegan food in this new landmark - Edit
was desperate to go back to the city centre for Ramen, but out of curiosity still came to the new landmark. this place has literally saved my life.
