Easy and convenient - Edit
"We are the farm" is a chain of buffet restaurants. As the name implies, it offers farm fresh organic food. Although there is a set menu, the all you can eat buffet is the most popular. This is also the only suitable option for vegans, since it allows you to pick your own food. For 1,900 yen one can eat for an hour and return to the buffet as many times as desired.
Read moreDuring our visit there wasn't any meat on the buffet, but the sweet potato had added butter. Also, the sauces, curry and dressing are likely not vegan. So either read the (Japanese) labels, or ask for help. I picked mostly raw food (and some very tasted baked wild yams) and the quality was very good; just like the restaurant promises.
"We are the farm" is very easy to find. It is on the ground floor of a residential, commercial and hotel building, part of the "lalaport". It is a very short (less than a minute) walk from Toyosu station.
Pros: wide selection of foods, convinient location, fresh, high quality ingredients
Cons: not everything is vegan so be careful
