Best ramen I've ever had! - Edit
Visited on September 17, 2023. This is the best ramen I have ever had 🥲 Vegan Ramen UZU is outside of the main teamLab Planets building and is an all-vegan dining experience. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. They have one ramen available and a few kinds of ice cream and donuts. We ordered:
Read more- Vegan miso ramen UZU style
- Cold brew green tea
- Pistachio green tea ice cream
- Roasted green tea & sansho pepper donut
The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection, and I loved the broth! The ice cream was rich in flavour. The donut wasn’t my favourite (probably because it was gluten-free 😅)

Delicious ramen and outside seating area directly in front of the TeamLabs Planets entrance. Went there in the evening and the ramen was made within 20 minutes.

Nice creamy Ramen - Edit
I was so glad this was here! We got soaked in the rain before visiting teamlabs so a hot bowl of Ramen came at the right time. Luckily it had stopped raining because it's all outdoor seating.

Creamy, spicy, and full of flavor - Edit
I can absolutely see why it was awarded a Michelin star! The broth is full of flavor and the noodles are cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the matcha ice cream. It was great but it had a bit of a bitter aftertaste which is expected for matcha. Absolutely recommend!

Nice broth, but very pricy - Edit
The broth is very tasty and works well with the rest of the ramen. However I think it is a bit pricy considering other ramen shops that only use organic ingredients. Though a good stop to get lunch after the visit to team labs.

Dare I say best ramen in Tokyo?! - Edit
All vegan, only one ramen option but the best ramen I had in Tokyo! Definitely leave time to grab a bite here (took 30 minutes to get our food) before your TeamLab experience.

Delicious - Edit
If you’re at teamLab Planets, I recommend the food here. It’s a bit pricy and there’s only one option on the menu, but it’s a good one. The extra price to eat inside one of the art installations probably isn’t worth it (although it does have the advantage of shade and air conditioning). Be warned that the ramen is a little spicy!

Mid & limited Ramen Place - Edit
This Ramen place is right next to TeamLabs Planet in Koto City. They use all organic and local Ingredients and even have vegan ice cream. Fun fact: their Kyoto branch boasts a Michelin star. In Tokyo, however, they kept things simpler, with just one Ramen option on the menu.

- Vegan MISO Ramen UZU style
The standout feature of this Ramen was the broth, crafted from a base of oat milk, and you could distinctly taste that. It had a subtle sweetness, intermingled with spicy miso, ginger, and garlic notes. The toppings included mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli, while the noodles were medium-thick and made from Hokkaido wheat.
While I did enjoy the Ramen, I personally felt it lacked some tofu or soy-meat, and I'm not particularly fond of sweet broths. That said, if you happen to find yourself at TeamLabs Planets, it's worth giving it a shot.

Great ramen, desserts okay - Edit
The ramen was incredibly tasty. For dessert we had two different donuts and some ice cream, which were all not that great. We ate the ramen inside the art room, which was unique but a bit dark and cold. Would order outside to eat at a table there next time.

Pretty bland and simple - Edit
Fast-food ramen place without soul and character. Decent! But nothing stands out. Also I don’t think broccoli and cherry tomatoes belong in ramen. The broth is the best thing, but not exciting enough for my taste. Seems like it’s made for westerners. There are much cooler and authentic places in Tokyo with vegan ramen where you can explore more surprising options.

Vegan ramen whilst enjoying the artwork - Edit
After visiting the exhibition, we enjoyed the wonderful vegan ramen inside the cafe with moving artwork. You can choose to eat outside, but for a premium price, you get to experience the moving artwork at a mirrored table for 12. The room is dark, and the artwork projects around you, reflecting off the mirrored walls, table, and ceiling. Your food arrives on a tray with a spotlight and is bursting with fresh vegetables and flavour. It was truly a great experience. There is only 1 ramen available, the miso vegan, but who needs anything else?

Best meal I’ve had in Japan - Edit
This was the best meal I’ve had in Japan so far (after being here 8 days). Well cooked and flavorful soup and delicious noodles with a perfect consistency. The ice creams were also good, we had chocolate and green tea/pistachio. The donuts were not really donuts, just sponge cakes in donut shapes, and there were a little boring for my taste but nice to have the option.

Delicious but careful not to pay extra - Edit
Be aware that eating indoors costs 2650 JPY compared to 1800 JPY if you eat outside!!! I made this mistake as I didn’t realise you could eat outside. The menu is extremely limited as there’s only one option but the ramen was delicious. Nothing to complain about, only wish I had eaten outdoors and paid less for the same meal
