Excellent buns - Edit
Definitely worth trying. They had 3 vegan buns the time I went. Nice small, cozy place for a quick bite. They had tofu kimchi, vegan lentil, and a yakisoba one. I enjoyed the lentil one the most. I hope they put additional flavors on the menu.

These are some of thee best savory pastries in Seattle. I follow them on IG bc every once in a while they drop a limited time pan that’s vegan. Edamame, kabocha squash, Thai curry…I can’t pick a fave, but I can say I’ve never been disappointed.
